I just did this mission and saved Jimmy brooks got the pen and then shot him in the head after and looted his body. Arthur even says “well that’s that then Jimmy brooks” or something like that after. My Arthur lives up to his “usually not a nice man” motto
Everyone saw how nice Arthur was except himself.
