This reminds me of that Librarian that was the most Space Marine Space Marine that Space Marined, covered in a previous video here. Feels like possibly the same designer/sculptor (this is a good thing, I need to add both models to my PoS), though at most we'd only know that they're proud to be part of the team that designed them.
he is a very nice model. Would make a great Chaplain too. I do hope though that in the coming weeks, after the traitor version, we get some praetors for the legions still in desperate need of them.
I got some custom pauldrons with the field police symbol for my astartes as their specialty is “recovering” breaks in the AM line and I’m amazed that GW basically just made that dude canon.
damn you know I kinda wanted to make a boarding actions army based around more or less exactly this kind of idea a while back never did anything with it but this model is tempting me
I quite like it, as far as space marines go. Beakie faceplate is always nice. I'd leave the yardbrush off. Resin means it'll be horribly expensive, I suspect. Parts breakdown would be helpful so conversions can be planned.
It is a pretty cool guy, with fun lore. I really like it, but probably won't buy it, as I don't have a use for a (non-epic scaled) marine semi-chaplain.
A totally irrelevant and wasted release for me. This is so easily kit bashed from a command squad model and a couple of quid's worth of bits for a pittance of the price that this will cost. No one will buy this as there is no legion specific iconography or relevance or hero tax to warrant the value in the game as an individual model.
Definitely the old Space Marine Field Police sign on the banner even the red helmet of the field police
The skull and wings motif is to remind the peasants that if they dont follow commands that mace is going to make their skulls fly
Hello world water chaplain conversion/ iron warrior cannon fodder shepherd.
"would like to get a few more backshots yeah?"-kirioth
Legs are Mk 6, no knee pads
What I see here is the perfect basis for a Corvus pattern Thousand Sons sorcerer. It'll be nice to break the MKIV mould
Looks like a Black legionnaire who changed his mind after the 12th Black Crusade. "Forget this "just one more crusade" Abbadon guy"
The Emperors Children overseer probably has a whip.
Ribbed dong.

Consider me whelmed.
That sure is a space marine. Tactical rock and everything.
Screams blood angels chaplain / "warden"
8:23 "We need more back-shots"

It does look wonky, but I think it’s the texture break caused by his grip rather than an actual weirdly aligned handle.
The Overseer is a splendid MK VI Space Marine model. I like the skull with wings detail on his crozius style power maul.

Asking for a single named Raven Guard. Just one? Maybe not even named but a specific version of a hero character? Anything? Bueller?
Raven Guard are so stealthy, even the sculptors seem to have lost where they went 😂

I don’t know how people look at this guy and and other 30k characters and think primaris marines are anywhere close.
Primaris SUCKS.
screams feild police from rogue trader

Yep digging the throw back to W40K Rogue Trader Field Police :)

He'll look good in Astral Claws colours :P
Can already hear macca seething at sight of the yellow on the shoulder pad
Quiet you!
I can't get over Kirrioth saying NTR
_Beakie love intensifies_
Gruntherd!
Looks like an auto chaplin to me.
And we’re back to MK6 again…
I hope its in plastic. If not that Crozius is gonna snap
0/10 not a salamander
Yes, now that you say it, it does look ever so wonky…
your not quite meeting our standards
my great great grandpa was a thunder warrior
opppps ok carry on
A good chaplain alternative for 40k
and yet another cool model blocked by resin curse you Gw

I *really* dont enjoy this mini, and I really dont know why. Like I have no objective critiques, the vibe is just off

I too am no fan of transverse crests.
