The only other 40k organizational charts that I can think of are for the Death Guard and Thousand Sons legions; there is also Khorne's Daemon Blood Legions... Perhaps we can focus on something more historical like an army from the First World War? Don't want to take the fun out of these kinds of videos for you just to sate your audience.
In the 12th Line Korps you're supposed to have the 158th regiment and not the 159th. 159th is a typo from a 40k wiki and doesn't exist (in the official lore)

The unique thing about Krieg reginents is that they are one of the few factions in the imperial army allowed to use combined arms. Most factons are by design weakened to prevent traitors from converting a guard army and having an effective fighting force. Kriegs fanatical loyalty is so absolute, the imperium is not worried about them turning to chaos.
Specifically in having combined arms regiments. Most regiments are exclusively infantry or exclusively armour, etc but Kreig can have infantry, armour, etc all in the same regiment. Combined arms is still possible with other IG factions, it just requires multiple regiments of different types.

The armies of Krieg are the only ones capable of making both Rogal Dorn and Perturabo look at them with a smile full of pride, forming one of the elite armies specialized in siege in the entire Astra Militarum (perhaps the best). They are the greatest terror of the heretics, Tau's and Eldar; on the other hand, they are the favourite enemies of the Orcs and the Tyranids. They instill fear wherever they go and their resolution makes even the daemons and Chaos Marines tremble (except for Khorne, who enjoys the bloody battles in which they participate with determination).
They're cool.. But viewing it with any form of Tactical Prowess they don't really make any sense..And it is not because "WARS IN 40K ARE SO LARGE.. YES THEY DO MAKE SENSE HUEHUE!"

Someone running to their death isnt scary. The russians in Ukraine arent the scary ones of the war. The foreign fighters on Ukraines side are. And Ukraine has trench warfare yes..but its not a war of attrition simply because in no way does frontal forward assault without flanking or depth manouevers make sense or wins wars. Plotholes of kriegsman -if tactical retarded you might aswell send an army of servitors -they dont talk/ no coms during warfare again a fairytale. Take it from Someone with experience. Im a big fan of the deathkorp..but they are a fantasy of german Stormtroops of ww1, wehrmacht of ww2. Special troops=waffen ss. Siege of vraks is the only example i can think off where they've given them a proper place. Simply cus there was no way to fight the war other than head on.

They're also there to deal with malcontents(deserters, cowards) within regiment and smooth thing over with other regiment before any incident turn ugly and shot being fire.

The only time Commissar are killed by Death Korp men in lore are during siege of Vrak when Kriegers who run away during the assault fragging Commissar who try to stop them.

Other channels, like Arch, spent at least a year documenting the Siege of Vraks. Others haven't even reached a half way point yet. I would say it may be double or even triple the size of you True Size of a Tyranids Invasion series when both are done. Three huge books written with insights from real soldiers who fought in real battles from what I heard.
7:24 actually, the vita wombs were sanctioned and even built by Kreig's local Adeptus Mechanicus forces in order to end the Civil war along with Kreig's famous generically enginered death rider mounts.
Krieg is one of the best regiments to be reviewed in depth. I would suggest to use as much organization and combat use from the Siege of Vraks (like you´ve already started). Anyway massive thanks, for this kind of video !

Fantastic video, it reminded me of my Siege of Vraks forgeworld book and i loved seeing it all visualised and broken down. Also a very helpful writing aid/reference for 40k fiction. When youve finished with Krieg (very hyped for more videos on them), would love to see an exploration of the Vostroyan Firstborn - a very cool but relatively underappreciated IG force!
I'd love to see a unique kreig-stock astartes squad attached to one of the chapters. They could have been from a tithe ship intercepted/compromised by chaos and rescued by a less scrupulous or overly pragmatic chapter. Blood ravens, black templars or even an ultramarine successor chapter would all be sick.

Krieg is very unique thanks to it's history and how they pretty much set their own tithe of Imperial Guard Regiments and desire to fight in the most grueling battlefields that the galaxy has to offer. They are also one of the few regiments allowed to use combined arms tactics as they can raise almost any kind of regiment needed, from infantry and armored to their famous siege regiments. Krieg really is a planet unlike any other whose people are much in the same as their home. "In life; Atonement, In Death; Redemption." The soldiers of Krieg are always ready to do their duty, whatever the cost.
Although its very clearly illustrated in the video, I had to write down the levels of infantry organisations myself in order to properly see how these forces come together. I hope this cheat sheet helps anyone else trying to visualize it: (Lowest to highest ) Squad ( 9 Guardsmen + 1 Watchmaster) ---> Platoon (6 Squads + HQ Squad) ---> Company (10 Infantry Platoons + HQ Squad) ---> Regiment ( Korp (~4 or more Regiments) ---> Army (~4 or more Korps). This is more so focusing on infantry but the structure of other platoons and companies seem to be organised very similarly.
If this business man could "support" the first book of StarCraft and get into the drawling of the squad that was taken into place with the story of Jim Rader. I would love to see a story line of the Jim and his group of "StarCraft" warriors.

Typically, but they had to increasingly enforce discipline the longer the siege of vraks went for example.
They have to be careful, though, to not get shot for cowardice in the face of the enemy.

Although its very clearly illustrated in the video, I had to write down the levels of infantry organisations myself in order to properly see how these forces come together. I hope this cheat sheet helps anyone else trying to visualize it:
(Lowest to highest )
Squad ( 9 Guardsmen + 1 Watchmaster) ---> Platoon (6 Squads + HQ Squad) ---> Company (10 Infantry Platoons + HQ Squad) ---> Regiment ( Korp (~4 or more Regiments) ---> Army (~4 or more Korps).
This is more so focusing on infantry but the structure of other platoons and companies seem to be organised very similarly.

If this business man could "support" the first book of StarCraft and get into the drawling of the squad that was taken into place with the story of Jim Rader. I would love to see a story line of the Jim and his group of "StarCraft" warriors.
