- Pink bar is pivoted on the base.
The groove profile of the yellow slider ensures that the end of the pink bar moves counterclockwise along the ring portion of the groove profile when the yellow button is pressed and released.
The button travel can be very long.

Don't know why I'm here or why this was on my feed, but I like it. 👌
So thats how click pens work? Cool!
Most click pens do not rely on this mechanism. They tend to use this one: th-cam.com/video/Vg--uMe9GLg/w-d-xo.html
the mystery is solved !
@TheOfficialCzex I see! I did think that thang's version was not very cylindrical
damn. this is good
Thanks a lot🎉
I want the same product as yours but with automatic reset. No more pushing in and out.
Top!
would this only work on one side since the locking mechanism uses gravity ?
It can work in vertical direction.
In case the button is facing down, the spring may not be needed.
well,i just finished with dismantling and cleaning amplifier signal switch with same exact mechanizm
Thanks!
Thank you so much.
Hi, is there any way to check 3D model? That would be awesome
Links to download CAD files of this video have been added to the video description recently.
This isz essentially, a mechanical flip-flop.
Can you add different 3d file. The one is description is not working
Only the Inventor files can work.
The files of other formats contain only information related to shape, dimensions and position of the parts.
Missing information about the constraints between the parts.
I want a product like this, plus cushioning. Used on the hinge, open the door, push it out, close the door, it is cushioned closing.
You want a "soft close" mechanism.
@@julianrubinstein8499 The two are combined into one, one (soft close), and one is (push)
anyone tried to print this? did it work?
sorry which software is this
All videos in this channel are made in Autodesk Inventor, Dynamic Simulation.
How long would this spring last?
It lasts as long as the spring in your click pen.
is this patented?
I have no information about that.
