But enough of that, you cannot be more right about networking and engaging with peers, their peers and then their peers to expand the chances of getting to where you want as well as putting your name out there, you never know what may come your way from the simplest of connections!

For getting a job it is definitely the 'who you know' that wins out. Employers will always hire the person they know and trust first.
