I never imagined myself working at Google, and I've always felt low about myself. But now, seeing their video really motivates me, and I really want to work in that environment. Thank you for making such videos.

Is glassdoor etc are enough if we apply through online? Does it really works ? If not then what should be the strategy for this?
I don’t have experience on this topic so wouldn’t know. Leverage your network who have successfully made such transitions and ask them how they made the switch.
