Absolutely love the foldable front wall! I could imagine (okay, dream of) retiring on a waterfront property or having a vacation home. It’s a sweet mid-century modern cottage, updated for modern life.
Only thing it needs is a shower/bath combo. The loft bedroom.... TV/movie theater. I dont need 2 bedrooms. 😉 Extra points for being able to open up the livingroom like that!!! Love this one! ❤
Bifold doors are not designed as a main entry, so the house needs to be rotated 180 degrees on the lot. The loft might work OK for kids, but oh, those stairs!
Beautiful home! I don’t care for a loft bedroom without a bathroom or at least a half bath. The stairs are atrocious for moving furniture up there too! Can you make plans for a slightly larger home with a real staircase and upper level bathroom and enlarge the lower level bedroom too? The loft would be perfect for the grands if we could get a queen extra long (son is 6’4”) and a bunk?
Jasper, really nice house! I don’t care for the table and chairs behind the couch to far to walk with hot dishes . The loft is beautiful but it needs a bathroom please.
Nice, rather niche though. Location would be everthing. With all the glass and the joints between the bifolds, and yet there is a big fireplace, the climate will need to be mild, not too bitterly cold but on the cooler side, and have lots of access to gather firewood. It needs to be on a large plot of land with a long driveway for privacy since you are in a house with so much glass. Southern Appalachia at the higher altitudes, perhaps? Or maybe the coastal area of Oregon or northern California? The Sangre de Cristo mountain range in New Mexico? The French Alps?? As far as how it will be used, it could be a vacation retreat or maybe a minimalist homestead. For security, if it is a vacation rental, it could be part of a compound with a gate. If it is a homestead, well, also a gate, along with big dogs and so forth . . . Anyway, it's cute. If it was in the right setting, given the chance to live there, I'd accept (even though I am old and those narrow winding loft stairs are intimidating, lol).
Nice layout. Plenty of storage space, as is usually the case with you. The kitchen is nice and big and a bit out of the way, which I like.the only two criticisms are, as others have mentioned: this staircase is definitely not suitable for everyday use, especially children and the elderly. And it doesn't really make much sense if the folding glass door is presented as the front. Otherwise, another beautiful housing estate.
My criticism is the lack of a proper entryway or bootroom. Coming in with muddy boots, no where to hang a coat or umbrella. So impractical and unrealistic.
It’s charming and cozy and I love the windows and it’s perfect really. Just perfect.
This is a very nice home. If you could squeeze an ensuite out of that loft I’d move in tomorrow. Very pleasant home - would live here.
I love it, the fireplace, especially the spiral staircase, everything, the design and layout ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

If I were 30 years younger I'd be all over this . But alas I'm 62 and can't climb stairs. I absolutely Love this though 😊.
There is a very nice bedroom on the main floor with a convenient bathroom.

So cute but would want kitchen in the back & porch out back

Sweet and petite for a country cozy or vaca beachy cottage
The top bedroom would be wonderful during thunderstorms, if only it had windows that open. 😢
I'm a little confused about that bathroom set-up on the first floor.
🤩👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Impractical front windows. Would have to live in a temperate climate.

Vše shodíte ze sebe a hodíte na křesla na verandě, vstoupíte do domu v rouše Adamově 😅😅🤷
