Dead space under stairs could be accessed from bedroom for storage. Dining table could be counter height for work space. Put smaller counter depth refrigerator in with cabinets over the top. A row of high storage shelves around living area would be interesting and break up the high blank walls. I love the looks of this house. We’re looking to downsize and this is beautiful
This is cute, Jasper, but I agree with the comment about the space under the stairs. This absolutely gives me vacation rental vibes over full-timers with one big exception. This would make a super cute Granny suite situated at the back of a property. That way, you could take advantage of their storage to help out with the limited storage here.
It's a cute place for a single or couple. The living room is small and the kitchen is too small. That might be helped by a counter and cabinet along the fireplace wall.
Yea, and this is what we want, to sit on the couch and stare at the refrigerator and where do we place the tv on the kitchen table. I'm not a fan of this one at all! I did like the bathroom and the upstairs loft/bedroom, but the downstairs living space sure is lacking!
Add about 8’ to the length to make a decent sized living space and 2’ to the bedroom downstairs and then it woul be in my list of 2 BR/2 Bath homes. As is, no thank you.
