    I really see the pain increase in next day when I eat potatoes, if we don't have English text book proof we cannot say we can go ahead and eat. Better to avoid potatoes.

    Thank you doctor, I have been suffering from RA since 17yrs how long should I take these medicine s especially I am worried about steroids and folitrax (metho). And my bones are degenerating. Keen and hip is slowly wearing out. I have gained lot of weight, I didn't know that sugar and fats are to be avoided. No doctor told me so far, they are just interested in writing medicines. God save us.
