Yes. Although, they are serving "Nem nướng Ninh Hòa". Ninh Hoa, a village just outside of Nha Trang, serves Nem nuong in a specific way. With "Chả ram" (what was called Shrimp Chip in the video) and the orange dipping sauce. The cha ram is shrimp, green onion (only the green part), and rice paper, that is then deep fried. You can get them premade, but it's best when they bring out a spread of the nem nuong, cha ram, rice paper, and greens all seperate.

Finally banh beo and banh xeo are on the map! Despite being a meat guy, i always only love having the vegetarian banh xeo: instead of all the bells and whistles, you only gotta have termite mushroom (termitomyces) (th-cam.com/video/ZAKXZuvTjIc/w-d-xo.html). They are seasonal and they taste way better than the free range chicken!

Please Fung Bros, bring back Jeremy Lin - he's one of the few celebrities they have that I can stand. Richie and the Fung Bros have good chemistry because they're all from the Seattle area. They're similar in many ways - a love of hip hop, music, basketball, and cool fashion. Richie even has his own stylish clothing line, the Richie Le Collection! He even talks the same way as the Fung Bros - some sort of blackwashed accent or intonation. You have "chemistry" with people who are similar to you - there's comfort in familiarity. .

The owner said they were open since 1999? If that is true then Brodards was open before them. I recalled eating at brodards before 1999, it was before they moved to brookhurst and Westminster. They originally were in a spot on Bolsa.

Nem Nuong is the name of the sausage meat. The name of the rolls in Viet is Goi Cuon which translates to salad rolls. Great video though!
When I see Richie in a Viet food video I always wonder what will be mispronounced or misinformed today.

The correct spellings for these dishes are: Banh beo, banh xeo, banh mi, not “bahn beo” ect.

The food itself is called gỏi cuốn (roll) and nem is the name of the meat patty. Not all rolls are called nem nướng. Sorry guys but this one is not accurate.
