They only dead in Liberty

The Sindaccos were at one point growing in power, bumping above the Forelli's with the death of Sonny leaving a small window, up until they were wiped out in LCS. Presumely they are still active in Las Venturas their home turf. The Forelli's took 15 years from Tommy Vercetti. In 15 years the Forelli's lost so much power to the point they become a glorified crew.
