I'd like to see a mead or potion use the morgan hearts. Personally, something like a vampirism buff for a short time window that slowly damages you to better make use of blood weapons.
I think the synergy of the bloodstone weapons is to go all in on blood magic. Using the staff of protection bubble as your only shield, reducing your health and going big on weapon damage (berserkir axes/slayer/ripper).
