Thank you for show casing the stand that you use to take and present the items for sale. However, I do recommend putting a pool noodle around the leg to protect the wall from scratches & damage. They are usually a buck, now may be a $1.25 at the Dollar store.
I have a similar setup but will rebuilding it soon now that I have experience and can customize for my exact needs. I use a hanger for things that slide off!
Hey Nat, since you are doing videos on how to? With the end of the year coming up, you and Will should do a video regarding taxes. Tips, write offs, process, etc. I think it may help out alot of members of this community.
Hello! We’ve been going to a tax professional the past 2 years and will keep doing so! Basically, keep receipts on everything (just in case) of things you buy for your business, so you can write it off (inventory, shipping supplies, photo supplies such as all the materials for flatlay station, studio lights, mileage (we use an app to track and it’s called «mileiq»), shelves/bins for storage etc). But as someone else mentions, we are not tax professionals so obviously lack a lot of knowledge here 😩 I love the idea though and definitely something I’ll look into, please continue to give video ideas, love to hear your inputs!!! 👌🏼👏🏼
Thank you! They’re from Amazon called Raleno softbox studio light; if you click on our description, we have a link to our amazon storefront where they are! 👌🏼
It’s a game changer! That would be tricky unless it’s one of those «stiff» measuring tapes that rolls in and out of its «compartment». I use a measuring stick! One hand holding the stick, while the other hand takes the photo 👍🏼
I do!! When the item is on the board, I just put the measuring tape over and then take a photo (I hold the measuring stick with one hand while taking a photo with the other) 👌🏼

I think that's a fantastic idea! Thank you for the recommendation heading to the store tomorrow :)
Interesting I have seen flat lay before but I like the idea that it can be propped up and then put away.
Yesss, love that feature to save space when you’re not taking photos!

Nice! Using a hanger is a great idea instead of readjusting the board 👌🏼
If you add some magnet behind the blanket you can magnet them together
That’s a great idea!! 👌🏼
This idea is genius!
Thank you! Agreed 😆
Wow such a cutie 😍Very nice .
Thanks for watching! 😄
Great step by step video. I need to do this.
Thank you! Yesss this is a gamechanger!

would love to see the storage and shipping areas ;-)
You should talk to tax professionals, most if not all full time resellers hire tax professionals

Great vid Nat!!!! Thank you.
Thanks so much!! 🤗
Oh my goodness. Yes. I’ve been at it for 3 months and my back is killing me!
I know your pain!!!! It will only get worse 😩 Definitely look into building a standing flat lat station, it’s changed everything!
I love this! I like to photograph the measuring tape on my items... any suggestions on how to make that work with this board?

Curious if you include measurements in your photos, and if so, how you execute that with this set up? Thanks for the video!!

Great idea natty
Thank you! Got the idea from someone else but I forget who 😅

☺️👍🏼
I've dreamed of making this kind of setup but i just don't have the space for it 😑
Oh nooooo 🥲🥲🥲
👍

💛💛💛
I'm having a hard time photographing long dresses.
Yess we hang those up on a hanger in front of a door (but you can also use a hook on a wall) 👍🏼
Just make the entire wall your adjustable flat lay station, then you can get those long long long dresses. Remodel the entire room. Lol.
Lolollll 😆
