Thanks very much Ian. That sounds ideal if you can clamp your rifle, should save you having to calculate anything too -providing you can see your downrange group clearly of course. I received my Eagle vision mount 2 days ago it is by far the best thing you can get to easily set up your PARD NV008 from opening the box to shooting perfect groups was just a mater of minuets. The Eagle vision mount easily was assembled PARD attached secured to gun and I had it dialed in very quickly just leaving a few screws snug I was able to set it at my zero tighten down and started shooting it works perfectly!!
If you have a pard with a laser - it would show how a movement of the adjustable rail affects the POI down range. However to actually zero you need to centre the cross hair in the scope and then adjust the mount, so the rail is adjusted to bring it on to the zero point/range
just thinking with the sight line and bore line having a huge diference , about 100mm I estimate and a slow air rifle pellet that's a lot of up and down for the two zeros and the pellet going very high in between i like the sight line as close to the bore as possible to get an acceptable flat shoot even with centre and rim fire any canting will have a much greater effect as well.

Spot on Russ as always, I didn’t go for the Pard as I needed a bit more eye relief for my .270 Winchester which has a bit of a bump to it, so had to go for the Sightmark. Having said that the Pard 008 would be an excellent addition to my Wolverine FAC. I’ve got an eagle vision Pard 007 mount and it’s quality no doubt about it , but this 008 mount, as with most mounts for the 008 and Sightmark puts the line of sight massively above the barrel, which can have big consequences for hold overs and hold unders. The extra scope height leads to cheek riser height issues and messing around with cheek risers or even expensive adjustable stocks. I just wished these NV scope designers would consider the scope/gun ergonomics more in their design.
Thanks Darrell, I only find high mounts an issue at close range, so with my .22" FAC bottle-pup being zeroed @50m I'm not expecting any issues. Aye that can happen over there...
You can see where the money's been spent with this rail, and you should also look at it as multi-tasking, as this also takes standard scope mounts; not just Pards.
There are threads on forums/groups about the Wraith reticle being off-centre too, as that can happen with all digital scopes.

Why put so much design into the elevation and a lone bare slide bolt for windage. What a joke! It will drift as you try to tighten the bolt for windage.
Nope, it doesn't.
There's a wee spring washer and anyway the key is you only slacken off the bolts 'slightly' -just enough to adjust the inclination/orientation... exactly as I've said in my video(s). 👍
