Legally he couldn’t say he was an agent because it would be impersonation. Once again, NASA said they never sent the fax. Investigators said in the court records that they had found information showing that the email addresses, phone numbers, and internet searches point to Iagounov as having made the threats and impersonated the OIG agents in question. They also found drafts of other affidavits and faxes meant for federal courts all over the country. As of right now, he faces four counts of impersonating an officer of the United States. Pull over where it’s safe, where you feel safe. I grew up in a town that had dirt roads and no street lights down other roads. Got pulled over 1 am in the longest darkest middle of woods road by unmarked car. Being a 17 yr old tiny 90lb female I did what I was studied and taught, safety! How can he pull you out put you in handcuffs and you’ve committed no crime that’s the shit that pisses me off hand cuffing citizens treating every one they don’t know as criminals
They only need reasonable suspicion of a crime to detain someone in handcuffs. In this situation they saw the blue and red lights which are only to be used by a law enforcement. This combined with the badge he had and saying he’s not law enforcement is all the suspicion you need to detain to confirm if he is or isn’t a federal agent.
@@adsafgasgasdfasdfI would need to see the full video from what I saw no crime was committed by the police but I am unsure how they got the FBI document. Mattering on those would matter on if this whole situation was right though either way it would be questioned why he was asked out the vehicle and handcuffed/ what made them feel it was necessary for their safety which is also hard to know with the editing. Reason why he said that: Cops usually™ initiate a traffic stop once it is "safe-ish" to come to a stop. Thing is, the cops do that out of prior experiences and - even if it should not be - emotions. Meaning if the cop saw Fast & Furious the evening before s/he maybe expects the driver of the car that is pulled over to make a handbrake turn. Some US states follow this logic, some US states actually allow the driver of the car itself whether s/he feels it is safe to stop. There was a case a good time back were a cop initiated a traffic stop on a highway bridge were there was no shoulder. Subsequently he used a pit maneuver to stop the in his mind escaping driver despite the relatively low speed and the driver signaling multiple times the intend to stop at the next possible spot. The female and heavily pregnant driver. Due to the pit maneuver the car crashed and landed on it's roof. He pulled the woman out of the car and arrested her on the spot instead of calling for medical rescue like he should have according to laws and his departments policies. I don't remember whether the child survived or not. Of course the department investigated themselves and found they were not in the wrong at all. Moral of the story: If a cop pulls you over, you better stop right then and there. Or else you might end up in the hospital or the morgue depending how the cop feels that day. Yes. Your life *IS* in the cops hands. They for sure are not responsible for it, though.
they feed off of it...but most of them cant just stop at that...as they get more and more...they push further and further...its human nature. Thats why only 5% of humans can be honest law enforcement
They'll still say he was acting nervous or that he was too calm. They always use that excuse even though most people are nervous around cops in general. They lives are in their hands and they are nervous for a reason.

You absolutely have the right to pull over where you feel safe to. You don't have to pull over immediately, as long as you're not giving indications of fleeing. Maintain your speed, signal if turning, & seek a well lit & public area if possible.
NOPE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. It is a violation in EVERY state to fail to yield to an emergency vehicle. You don't pull over "when you feel safe." You pull over immediately, or you get arrested...just like this guy.
@scottfillingane2104 It's not incorrect. You can take a reasonable amount of time to pull over into a well lit &/or public area for your safety. Some ppl impersonate cops & you have the right to identify the person who has pulled you over. I've had to take my time pulling over many times. I worked for a German company). We were so frightened that the Sheriff was going to rape and beat us that I even called 911! He even grabbed my cell phone and cancelled the call! He was especially aggressive with me (a very petite woman) upon seeing my German driver's license. But as soon as the trooper saw my sister's US Department of Defence ID from the US headquarters in Europe they both went into shock. Dude in the car handled it perfectly. Total compliance, and go hard in court later. The perfect balance for law enforcement in society should be zero tolerance for resisting arrest (what's the point of law enforcement if you can just decide you don't want to listen to a cop), AND maximum accountability for police misconduct or error, including imprisonment for ignorance and violation of the law while acting as a law enforcement officer. Law enforcement should have absolute authority on the street, but also be absolutely terrified of making a mistake. With great power, great responsibility. There shouldn't be the freedom to let your ego go unchecked without fear of consequences. And if that's not humanly possible for the cop, he should find another job.
In Austria (Europe) it is similar how you want it to be. One side effect is that in conflicts like knife attacks the cops wait a long time before shooting because they are afraid they'll be hold accountable themselves. Just 3 days ago a cop died in mannheim BC the other cops didn't shoot and he got stabbed.
he did do it right to an extent, but the US police here were completely fine, as he was indeed impersonating a federal officer, and he had the police lights on his car. I've had a cop say the same thing "you pull over immediately when an officer lights you up" I was at a red light, left turning lane. The light turned green after about 15 seconds so I took the left into the parking lot and pulled into a parking space. He then "educated me" about how you pull over for police 😂

Pull over where it’s safe, where you feel safe. I grew up in a town that had dirt roads and no street lights down other roads. So i drive to the police station that was on same road about a mile up. This creep was livid but fellow officer did call him dumb and told me to just go home.
How can he pull you out put you in handcuffs and you’ve committed no crime that’s the shit that pisses me off hand cuffing citizens treating every one they don’t know as criminals
This is where we get that magical word. Context
Go watch the whole video ppl
@@adsafgasgasdfasdfI would need to see the full video from what I saw no crime was committed by the police but I am unsure how they got the FBI document. Either the person handed it to him, the cop searched him without consent or reasonable suspicion, or the cop searched him with one of those two but it was cut so I am not sure. Mattering on those would matter on if this whole situation was right though either way it would be questioned why he was asked out the vehicle and handcuffed/ what made them feel it was necessary for their safety which is also hard to know with the editing. They can obviously claim officer safety whenever they want but you can also challenge it afterwards if you want though it may be hard to win that fight.

in many ways, your life IS in their hands once you are detained
Yeah, I’ll trust my life in officer hands as soon as those kids from Uvalde graduate elementary school
Reason why he said that:
Cops usually™ initiate a traffic stop once it is "safe-ish" to come to a stop.
Moral of the story:
If a cop pulls you over, you better stop right then and there.
Or else you might end up in the hospital or the morgue depending how the cop feels that day.
Yes.
Your life *IS* in the cops hands.
They for sure are not responsible for it, though.

My sister and I live in Germany but are Americans.
In 2002 as we were checking on our dad in Texas we got seriously harassed by a sheriff and a state trooper just north of the Houston city limits (at that time she worked for the US Department of Defence (DoD) at the USA EUR headquarters in Germany.
She calmly stated that she would be 'filing a complaint' about their brutal aggressive behaviour (two huge guys against two small women!) with her headquarters and they apologized and took off in a hurry.
This sheriff seemed to be a danger to anyone who didn't come from his neck of the woods.
Thank God my sister's employment with DoD saved us. But what about other defenceless women or minorities?

We thought he was a criminal and were terrified and seriously thought we were going to be car-jacked and killed! Then he set up a road block with the trooper after we were well out of Houston city limits, north of Conroe and Willis and close to the National Forest. It was only then that we saw that he had a sheriff uniform. He had the audacity to accuse me of exceeding the speed limit as his excuse for road-blocking us!
I was not going more than 80mph on I-45 which had a speed limit of 75 mph. A sheriff in an unmarked car chasing two women in a deserted highway! This was a creepy set up if anything!

Dude in the car handled it perfectly. Total compliance, and go hard in court later.

It's funny that you say that. Because if an FBI employee acts like that during a traffic stop, they clearly want to experience what FAFO means. In other words, the professional courtesy can go out the window and they'll get a couple of coupons to the local courthouse.
@@MeZpatriot5Oso in other words, cops using their discretion as a way to get back at someone they deem "unprofessional" because they weren't upfront about their credentials?
Sounds like what a piece of shit cop would say. Just like how you have to "immediately pull over" even if it's unsafe. And "we'll make that call for you" 😂 fucking disgusting
That smile says ''at the end of this, Im definitely not getting in any trouble'.
He doesn’t have to show ID but he did out of curiosity and to see their smile disappear
he actually did have to provide ID, lol....he was pulled over for a legit traffic violation.
@@Bl0ndB0mb What was the violation?
@@wambamthankumam he had red and blue lights on his car. like a cop.
Hilarious how you losers will suck off the feds just to hate on police. Like they aren't the worse side of the same coin.

This guy is exposing bad cops 1 state at a time. Trust and believe he is much more than law enforcement. 😊
Either you're this weirdos alt account or you are the most naive person I've experienced in a while. The guy calls in fake bomb threats he is a menace
Yea he's a law enforcement impersonator 💀
Craziest part to me is if you just watch cops drive, they'll break like 3-4 laws, you don't even need to get pulled over.
@@triplespace007 i remember when i was learning to drive, i was on the highway doing roughly 10kmh over the limit (like 6mph over) and a cop flew past doing easily 30kmh/18mph over i said to my dad why can they do that he just said "idk go stop him and ask"
@@IamAngelHart He was found guilty by a federal jury of four felony counts of impersonating a federal officer, sentencing is scheduled for October 17, 2024. He's a deluded con man and human waste product.
