This is what I was referring to in your last Blaxit video. I hope people research before sending money overseas! Personally, I want to be on the ground myself and see things in person as well as having the ability to look over paperwork and check people's credentials. I found your video when I googled to see if this company had any issues with scamming. I did the same with Art Cathey as well when she had all those issues with stealing people's investment money. I also Googled to see if this was the typical price for land in The Gambia.
Are people still sending her money? Phew go to Gambia or any other part of the continent and see the land you want to buy and KNOW the procedures to check the land ownership and how to purchase it as a foreigner. And you are right people sell you swamp land or land that has disputes or even land that’s not theirs to start with or land out in the middle of no where with no type of title deeds ….

That would be stupid considering you have Europeans, Chinese and Lebanese moving in in droves. All the natural resources are over in Africa and America and Europe are basically broke. One patch of land doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the continent.
