The material on the eberlestock Is probably an advantage. The point is to distract from the weapon. If you’re wearing a super tactical camo bag, that’s going to raise suspicion more so than a pretty standard nylon bag
I get that. But my point was really cordura > nylon. Even the plain grey Spiritus is something I liked better too.
I really like the looks of that Spiritus but if I'm carrying in a waist pack, I want to carry a full-size (G17). Good comparison! IMO the music doesn't add anything.
Sounds like the LBT may be your best bet of the 3. Thanks for the feedback

I’ve carried Fanny packs for years. Being a mom of two, it’s been so nice to clip it into a diaper bag and take it off when I need it.. instead of being stuck to a diaper bag or having to shuffle things around. I have used a traditional Fanny pack, so I’m glad you did this video since I wasn’t even aware of these. 🤣 thought it was too good to be true.. I’m not a purse gal.
Edit: andddddd the eberlestock one is sold out. Go figure, just my luck

Catching this review late, but Spiritus now has a bigger fanny with an added compartment in the back. Nice feature with the added size and surely will fit full size handgun no problem. As with most of their items, always out of stock! Cheers!

I have the grey spiritus, it fits my g43x with red dot and tlr6 in a modified kydex holster no problem. Along with a spare mag, dip can and a few other items in the front pouch. I just added hook and look to the side of the holster and it holds it secure in the main pouch for fast draws. Also removed the bottom pulltab string and added a small keychain so in a quick draw situation there is no mistaking which tab I grabbed and the main compartment can only open one way. Good review
Yeah that's a perfect fanny for your weapon. I really think my threaded barrel and optic are the things that's keeping my g19 from working with the Spiritus, which sucks cuz I really wanted that one to work. Great idea for the pulltab, too!

Thanks. Fanny pack is the way to go. I use the Sig Rose w/Crossbreed holster for a 365XL with red dot and TLR6 mounted light. Perfect.

As a Texan, I get the heat factor as well. May roll with the LBT for my P365XL, just so I can carry spare mags and compressed gauze in it. Good stuff dude, keep it up!

Nope! You can slide the horizontal strap off the seatbelt underneath your fanny pack. May be the best way to travel in a car imo
Eberlestock is great! Good materials, zippers and pulls, and best design for off body carry in terms of safer draw. I wish it came with a trigger gaurd however.

Thanks dude! I’m rocking the eberlestock. The horseshoe type zipper for the main compartment makes it a lot easier/quicker to access the firearm, which was very important to me.

I really like the spiritus in gray for my G19 or P229. But they are backordered.
I just bought one in camo and love it. The straps are not uncomfortable compared to my other fanny packs.
Hey man. I've been looking at the Eberlestock Bando Bag. I have a Gen 5 G19 with a Trijicon RMR and Streamlight TLR7A. Based on what you said, this setup should fit in the bag, correct?

I'm looking for something slim as possible that'll fit my G19X w/ a Holosun Dot on her. Most are too bulky looking
You’re going to have a hard time finding something slimmer than the Spiritus that fits your G19x. It’ll only fit a stock G19, any RDS or threaded barrel won’t work. IMO
The vertx socp might be the best bang for the buck. Good video though thank you for sharing, I would definitely drop the music it’s very distracting.
I have the Eberlestock and I wish it was a bit larger.

Wearing a bag with any type of camo design just screams tactical ie you might as well tell people you’re carrying a gun. Eberlestock, along with the zipper design is unassuming and just looks like a normal bag
