My favourite food is Pav Bhaji. Pav is a soft bread roll and Bhaji is a curry which is flavourful and spicy. It is served with finely chopped onions and lush green coriander leaves with a dash of a yellow lemon. 😛😛

I suggest to you.. must visit Uttarakhand Haridwar, Rishikesh, there are so much adventurous things to do like rafting, camping, jangle safari,hicking etc and it's also very sacrosanctic place.. beside of ganga river( cleanest and coldest because its the origin of the river)..

Unfortunately I felt that the Indian bloggers were not really able to describe the dishes well. The first dish is mashed veggies mostly consisting of mashed potatos. Since it's a Maharashtrian dish Bun is called Pav there.
This Ghugni is made out of boiled white pea curry!
The Mishti Doi is red because they use Jaggery instead of sugar so, It's not brown sugar.
The Kaju Kali is made with Cashew not almonds.

Pav-Bhaji is from the West Coast, not Siliguri.
Pao is the Portuguese word for bread, so you find a lot of Pav dishes on the West Coast.
