- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that the political compulsions of the day should not make the country's borders vulnerable and harm the larger interest of the nation.
Addressing students at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, Jaishankar said, "It is important to put the national interest first. Politics of the day should not hamper the larger interest of the nation. All politicians should have that approach in the first place."

I totally agree with the statement about Artilcle 370. Ms. Jaishanker correctly stated this was used as a poltical tool till 75 years. It should have been abolished way back. But dirtly poltics was played with our national interest and security.

Taiwan is the Technology Leader in microchips and semiconductor technology & chip Manufacturing Technology - something that India clearly needs for the future . India has the people with know how but not the practical Tech, & Taiwan can supply that.
For 75 years PLA’s China has taken its kindness to China for weakness & has ultimately stabbed India in the back with its invasion of Tibet and then India in 1962 & then claiming parts of Himalayan North India & Arunachal Pradesh as part of China . India should Abrogate whatever understanding it had with China after 1962 & just as Xi- after the recent China PLA summit that has appointed him dictator for life and has has announced Chinas policy of occupying territories that it perceives as its own- that includes Indian territories - India should Now declare it own “One India Policy” & physically occupy all Indian territories it perceives as its own & start a campaign in collaboration with Tibet & its freedom fighters to Liberate Tibet from the Chinese occupiers yoke. DO IT NOW INDIA ! Have the guts to take this step. BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE & Indians will have to learn Chinese - like the Tibetans. We let the Tibetans & the Dalai Lama one during the Chinese occupation of their land. Let us now make up for our past sin.

People are confused, What do they mean by strong opposition ? If opposition is to block Govt in every move, then we have quite strong opposition. But if SO means objectively contributing in deciding what is good for people, and guide Govt towards it, then we have no opposition.
there is very thin line between opposition and outright anti-national in our current opposition. e.g. Congress signing MoU with CCP and Rahul gandhi visiting CCP while ccp was trying to invade ladakh, its outrageous. They are not opposition they are anti-nationals in opposition's chair.

26th minute question is one of the great questions. Very smartly diverted on article 370 by honorable minister. May I ask why is Modi govt buying out MLAs all over country? Does that not contribute to weakening the opposition if it is not the job of govt to strengthen it?

India released a vaccine fast without spending lot of time on studying it's long term impacts, unlike united states which released completely different genre of vaccine MRNA. Sending these vaccines to others is an expensive affair because countries do not have the infrastructure to maintain cold storage. Ultimately, vaccines released in USA have better efficacy rates.Also, I have not heard of people getting booster shots in India while United states released its 2nd booster vaccine.
