    Very very straight forward explanation Sir... This is an 8 years old video... Today everyone is making videos about brahm muhurta and conveying to wake up at 3:30 or 4:00 am every morning..which is wrong.
    But the fact is brahm muhurta changes with seasons yearly and it is always 1 and half hour before sunrise as told in this video.

      3.30 to 4 which is like 3 hours before sunrise is in general called saraswathi yamam which is good for studies all auspecious things. Basically planning life ahead.

    Hi, I've been using an app for Android to get Brahma Muhurta timing. Feeling fresh and full of energy. Called Abhijit Muhurta, but also calculates Brahma Muhurta and Rahu Kalam.

    In Ramadan we wake up at 3 am and then to go prayer.
    Islam also says this
    Every religion say this
    But we have to follow

    thank you for your lucid explanation. I am in the Northern part of India and it is very cold here down to about zero degrees celsius. I can wake up early but I am pretty much unable to do much because of the cold which makes the muscles tighten up and really start moving around only once the sun comes up .h ow does one manage such a situation? Thank you for your answers

    if u need to set ur clock to wake up for brahma muhurta u should not practise in it and wake up for it..... its only for those initiated... i experienced it 2 weeks(but i haid no experience)and it stopped, so i wait till i experience it again, and work on my path.
    love from belgium.

    How can you tell if the food is digested?

  • @saravanakodi
    @saravanakodi 12 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You won't be able to find that out, however if you burp that means the food has been mixed well with the hydrochloric acid in your stomach and has entered your small intestine. After which it may take 2 to 4 hours to completely turn the food into glucose depending upon your body and the food you ate.
