I'd like to not feel the compulsion to speak so much. As a younger child, I used to not speak because I didnt feel there was any reason to. Then it became a mental illness symptom that prevented me from speaking due to paralyzing fear of consequences like unkindness from others... Now that I am not so controlled by this fear, I'd like to learn the discipline of silence.

When I was in my early 20's I was sitting on my bed and I had levitated up above the bed. I had a very bad upbringing and society said I had a bi-polar disorder. I met someone from the Art of Living 12 years ago and God had given him in particular for me because of the closeness. Of course being in the AOL for 12 years I listen to Guruji also. The first years in meditation and Sudarshan Kriya many many past lives past right before my eyes. There are only two I know for sure and those two especially the one God or the Universe is using for one of my purposes on this planet.
