- As explained in Vlogmas Episode 1 poor Sam had a nasty accident with his youngsters a few weeks ago, but he is recovering well so we ventured down to him with the lovely Marta from Eqclusive to surprise him and give him a bit of a pick me up.

I cried with you when you spoke about Sam's injury and him being in the children's hospital. I am so glad to see he is hoke and recovering and in such great spirits. You're such a caring and outgoing person Tina and this radiates in your vlogs very clearly. Sam was visibly moved just for the suprise of you coming by and thr brushes were the cherry on top! These brushes look amazing and I love that they have lines for specific colors so it's tailored.

Aww so lovely to see Sam and very obvious he was just as happy to see you, you all definitely made his day, he's such a genuinely nice person and so well mannered, I hope he has a speedy recovery and is back riding soon unless he's anything like me when I was 10 and broke my elbow and after only having one day off was back riding every day, although I was gutted that I had to miss pony club rallies for 8wks.
It was lovely to see Sam and nothing nicer than a pick me up surprise visit. It was so good to see him ♥️ And one lucky boy to get the gorgeous brushes from Marta.

Gosh! I wanted to hurry over and buy this set and I don't even have a horse! Well done! Sam is going to master that grooming set right away! I imagine Banksy would rather have a good brushing in the winter than having water sprayed on him.

Thank goodness Martha explained about stripping natural oils when over washing, and how grooming is great for the muscles, I also used to strap my hunters and point to point horse to help muscles as well xx

YAY SAM! I am so glad to see him. I know he's had a little bit of a rough time and hopefully this did him well. I so want a nice set but riding a bay chestnut and cremello I cannot justify buying 3 sets of fancy brushes.

In Aus i always used the curry comb , dandy brush & body brush in that order& would have loved those magnificent brushes from Marta & of course the peace to resistance the hessian rug which stimulated the skin & hair follicles which equated to a magnificent healthy shiny coat . We lived in the tropics which is 2,seasons the wet & the dry so it was extremely important not to strip their coats of their natural oils . During the wet season & monsoonal rains which could be 6 inches of rain in a hour rain scald was always a problem but much less of a problem if you didn’t strip their coats of natural oils . Love Sam & what a fabulous surprise that you guys have given him big hearts ❤️ are a pleasure to see

Love my Haas brushes. Wouldn't use anything else. Had them 3years and still good as new. The only brushes I recommend

doing better and is home with his family for Christmas.
I love this Vlogmas video, everybody I so joyful and happy, I remember Christmases like that when I would decorate my home and my horses stable and have just the best time. My Allen was with me then. Emily with the quarter markings lesson...YES please💜 Truly enjoyed her enthusiasm to learn proper detail grooming. She’s a great barn elf/fairy. I once had a trainer state.. in the winter the only wet horsehair I want to see is in your brushes, not on your horse. I.E. DONT wash your horse and only rinse/clean out brushes (which were horsehair) because they were dirty from use😂

Hi Tina firstly I love your videos soooo much and also I have seen that you sometimes do hacks with people and I have just got a pony a couple weeks/ months ago and I love him so much. His name is Oscar and he is 5 from Ireland. He is still a bit green but nothing nasty and you are such a good rider and I was wondering if you do hack with your subscribers or rides. I honestly love your vids and I feel so happy when I watch them. Please reply with weather you would do a ride with me as I have always wanted to meet you. I live in Kent wich is near London so if you are anywhere near me I would make the travel. Love you 😍 ♥❣💗💕

I was so surprised to see that u lot, well prob with the exception of Em, didn't know how to groom properly, tut tut!!! 🤣🤣!! I was taught yrs ago to rubber curry comb in circular motions first, then Dandy brush to remove most of the dirt after Curry combing then Body brush to finish, using the metal curry comb exactly like Marta did after ever stroke to take the dirt off the brush otherwise it's just put back on the coat!! Always used this method for about 40 yrs!! 🤣🤣 And I know, none of u are even 40 yet!! 😢😢 I'm so old!! Ha ha!! Xx
Yes exactly! And didn't know too many baths were bad. I'm amazed at how many youtubers wash their horses so much.
We'd bath once a year maybe.
@@RosieDhoopun yeah I've heard that loads recently, first my neighbour was told to not bath his dog once a week as it's hair could fall out, found out after looking it up that it can make the hair brittle coz of loosing the natural oils, but hair falling out is a bit extreme i think, we always bath ours weekly or he stinks!! Ha ha!! The same with horses I suppose, the good thing is that horses won't smell doggie if not bathed regularly and they don't put their faces in every pee'ey corner of the street or roll in fox poo like dogs so u could get away with not bathing them, as long as their privates are cleaned daily then they don't really smell!! Ha ha!! Xx
@@clairewatson3990 I've never cleaned our dogs privates! They would have baths if they rolled something nasty but that's it. But tgen humans shouldn't shower daily either. I think we can get a bit fastidious.
