    We begin in a standing position on our mats working through a variety of fun and challenging exercises designed to challenge your balance, strength and control.
    We then progress to exercises focused on connecting with your core … we are looking for stability and progress not perfection. I want you to listen to my cues and rest whenever you need to.

    Just found out at 56 yrs old and after taking Anastrozole 2.5 yrs to prevent breast cancer that I now have Osteopenia in Both Left & Right femur neck so Im doing Strength training on my stepper and glider but also bought a bar kit off Amazon so I'll be trying out your workouts & thanks for the video! Beverly

    Donna, is there a Pilates bar that you recommend for shorter people. I am 5’2” and I want to purchase a Pilates bar to do your workouts, but a lot of the reviews I read for products say it’s not for short people

    I just came across this today, I bought the bar last year and never did anything with it. I am going to start this afternoon when I get home. Do you recommend doing arms one day and full body another day? Or do I just start with your first video and doing a different one every day?

      Our body’s love variety and movement. I’d recommend varying the workouts for those reasons but also so that you won’t get bored & can feel challenged in different ways x

    Too much rest between. Band length/ tension would be helpful.

      Hi … You can choose to do more reps and take less rest… there is a ‘#shorts’ video on my channel explaining how to adjust the tension … it’s unique to each individual as to how much tension you wish to add

    I love your bar workouts but think “well done “ is a bit over used. Sometimes I like to just follow your instructions and not watch the video. The well done is like a distraction. No meanness at all here just an observation
