I was scared hearing 12:1, then heard 24psi 😟, but I ran turbos pre E85 era. My full compression 11:1 Kawasaki ZX11 was considered stupid, even when intercooled and water injected. 349whp on 1052cc.
I don't have exact numbers for 0-100mph but the 1/8 mile is 7.2 @ 105mph, so ~mid 6 second 0-100mph, but only on the drag radial setup. On the street tires maybe 8 seconds since traction is an issue
I kept it on stock cams for the turbo setup since they're better suited, if you built this motor the same way for n/a you'd definitely want big cams, and it should do 200+whp range. As-is it would probably do 170ish
I’d agree with Greg and say he’s probably bang on it would be making 170-200 max with the current spec it’s built to! Greg’s done a wicked job building this thing that’s for sure !

There are cars engineered from the ground up to run 500HP, the MX-5 is not one of them.
