Step 01: Quit Lightroom Classic CC
Step 02: Mac Os- Press and hold Shift + Option+ Delete keys. Windows- Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
Step 03: While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic CC.
Step 04: It will appear Lightroom cc preferences reset dialogue.
