I met this doctor in the Netherlands. Great guy, everyone who loves his dog should study him.

I feed homemade raw for two Labs. My education is ongoing. I read the books and study those who've gone before me. Thank you all!

I 😍 LOVE your stance as a pet parent, raw feeding and outlook on everything DOG🐶
In 2015 i attended a dog day seminar called Masterchops in Melbourne Australia, which was organised by our Augustines Approved Phivo, and had the likes of Dr Karen Becker, Rodney Habib, Dr Ian Billinghurst and Dr Bruce Syme, as speakers.
Since that day(at that time, my dog was 5yo) I have been feeding my dog a balanced raw diet, filtered water, zero dry/can food or processed human food. Zero chemicals in him or on him.
MasterChops changed my/our life forever. Today my dog is almost 13yo and is thriving and people confuse him for a younger dog and puppy like...
Same goes for our 3yo old cat.
If only I had known all this before I got him and If only all pet parents fed a raw diet and no dry.
I love your channel and wish you and your dogs Love, Health and Happiness always ❤️🐶😻🤗🙏

follow the money trail! right on Dr Tom. I'm Happy to support a whistleblower, a Doctor who has fought the system and has taken a stance on behalf of all the animals with dental pain, inflammation, all the allergies and Otitis from fillers in Junk food. I'm definitely buying your book, to have better insight on the connections between bones and a wholistic approach to pet health.

Well, I might just have to read his books. I love his common sense approach and wisdom.

Does this info pertain to raw cat food? If so, which parts?

No. We were speaking about dogs. But you can learn more about feeding cats here: twocrazycatladies.com/

@@rawfeederlife you can buy 1 quail carcass for $7.00 (or 3 for $17) at Victoria market, but many butchers sell them. There are heaps of free range poultry farms that stock all kinds of game like duck, perfect for cats.I intend to buy some for my boy and freeze them. Cat struggles to chew through chicken wings. He tried it but he's lazy, and gives up. I read quail meat is more nutritious than chicken too. Thanks for the link

dogs are not babies, they shouldn't be dressed up as dolls, they should be allowed to be dogs and tear up meat, because they are animals. Some people find that hard to accept, their body is naturally designed to digest meat.

Hi! I love your content and I'm new to feeding raw. I feed my 4 year old shitzu, 1 year old mini bernadoodle and 8 week old shitzu puppy pre mixed raw and freeze dried raw food. How do and where do I get raw meaty bones? The butcher?

    • @rawfeederlife
      @rawfeederlife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

I get them from a local raw food coop, ethnic stores, local farms, and a local outlet grocery store.
You can also check with butchers, restaurant supply stores, and independent pet stores.

do i need to freeze them first?@@rawfeederlife

@@happynessadict do you mean raw bones? I don't freeze them first, but all the raw bones I get for my dogs are frozen because I buy through a raw food coop (everything is frozen except dry products).

it's because they are egotistical and unethical. I agree, they ARE criminals if they're intentionally choosing ignorance than preserve their patients health. They push Hill's on pet owners bcos it is profitable - for THEM. Even the Prescription range contains gluten/corn fillers and by products, no whole meat. After experiencing the excruciating dental pain myself, I became a passionate advocate for pet dental health. Millions of pets live with dental pain and it's inhumane. It's just so selfish not to address such a serious issue.
Regarding the pet food industry, Dr Tom (my hero) actually lives by the Vet ethos he swore to uphold. Being a vet and encouraging people to buy an expensive processed food, (the cause of dental disease) is unethical.
