I'd like to add a note to clarify a few things as far as how the Drs.' way of raw feeding translates into what many of us know as 70/10/10/10 (70% muscle meat, 10% RMBs, 10% secreting organs, 10% plant matter).
So, while both Dr. Lonsdale and Dr. Clarke-Williams recommend feeding RMBs, their idea of a raw meaty bone is a large one with LOTS of meat on it. So when you break it down, it’s essentially the 70% ish of muscle meat that we’re used to seeing in raw feeding formulas.
They do recommend to include whole fish like salmon and mackerel, so that would take care of balancing out the Omega-6s from chicken and beef, too.
Now, they say that they don’t believe in feeding an abundance of plant matter (and neither do I!), but since they are OK with feeding table scraps, it’s essentially the same as the 10-ish % of plant matter from the raw feeding formula.
I suppose their main difference is that they don’t go out of their way of adding extra secreting organs, but then again, if they’re feeding whole heads, they have brains and eyes (also tongues - extra muscle meat right there), which are two wonderful secreting organs to feed alongside liver.
I guess what they’re feeding is very similar to the raw feeding formulas I'm used to seeing, they’re just wording it differently and are not breaking it down into percentages.
As far as wolves and wild dogs instinctually eating the (secreting) organs first, they had a good reply when they asked me to picture a pack of wolves that share a prey animal - how many (secreting) organs would each wolf get?
    Not a lot.
So then again, we’re back to the really small amount of 5% of other secreting organ besides liver from our feeding formula, and they cover that with the brains and the eyes.
    🧠 👀
Now, about sourcing those large raw meaty bones in the US - that can definitely be a challenge depending on where you live and how resourceful you are.
It may very well have to include talking to farmers and seeing if they're willing to give away some of their “odd” cuts of meat.
But it’s fairly easy to source whole quails, whole rabbits, goats, and also salmon heads - I'm linking to some of my blog posts that mention specific resources below:

What about 80, 10, 10 80% muscle 10% rmb and 10% organ meat no plant veges

@@GTILOUD Great question! 80/10/10 is another option too - it essentially depends on whether or not you chose to feed veggies & fruits, and also how your dog does with it. Some dogs do great on it, others don't, so this depends.

@@K9sOverCoffee I'm pretty sure my blue nose is allergic to chicken so I'm trying healthy options I got 4health salmon n potatoe it had good first 5 ingredients and no chicken meal or anything. I'm trying to feed her half that n half raw. Trying to clear up her paws, ears, belly has red spots I just rescued her.

@@GTILOUD Much success! If she keeps itching on the kibble it could be because of the potato - it’s starchy, and that can contribute to inflammation within the body. For my pup Wally, I had to cut out all starchy foods - he also doesn’t do too well on pumpkin puree anymore :/

All the different ratios that are out there such as 80 1010 are a good starting point. They are not written in stone. They give new people an idea of how to start. But there’s no reason to lose sleep over it and stress out over it. There are many ratios out there and they all have their merits. I can think of three different ratios right now, and I technically feed all three of them now and then. And I make up my own here and there. It’s worked for well over 20 years now. Common sense needs to come back to the Rawfeeding community. Extreme supplementation, virtue, signaling, shaming needs to go away.

Absolutely. Sometimes I feed a whole prey animal, sometimes I feed a chunked meal with plant matter, sometimes a chunked meal without plant matter, and sometimes I grab some premade raw (with or without plant matter). Not losing sleep over what makes it into Wally's bowl.
