I watched the whole 2 hours, 38 min and 37 seconds. Usually my attention would last about 15 min at best for this type of video. But your presentation was entertaining and informative. It painted a great picture. Also the food looked great.

I was glued to this video artfully balancing navigation ,practical tips, performance, food and more. then 3 hours had gone by and I wanted more.One of the best passage video , bravo.
That was one of the most interesting journeys I have experienced on YT, thank you. The dialogue was clear and easy to follow and the video was equally as descriptive to follow the talking. The English breakfast was great, I would have added some fried/grilled tomatoes and toasted bread, maybe some fried mushrooms. The food you had cooked for you looked so good I could almost smell it. Thank you really great experience.

You are so right about rubber bands workouts! I use them for more then 20 years now and I can take them with me while I am traveling to other places without going to a gym.

For my Yachtmaster I had to plan sailing from Portsmouth to Brunsbüttel, so closely to your route, and it was indeed interesting to view it in reality. You infuse so much comfort and professionalism - if I ever need a professional captain you indeed would come to thoughts :-)
Love your attitude towards your fellow sailors Igor ,,, In May 1966 I travelled through the Bay of Biscay on the Fair Star ,, there was a 40 ft swell ,, She was capable of 19 knots ,, its a fair bet they backed off a bit 😃

46:35 Get some stuff similar to skateboard tape , cut out a few square pieces and stick to the seat spaced out a little bit. Put A cover on top of it for when you sit.... My quick fix to the problem, I don't own a boat so my comment might be off the wall compared to others who owns a boat ... You said the line I be using lol, If it suppose to move and it isn't moving, use WD40 If it's not suppose to move but is moving, use DUCTAPE & If it's still not working use more it will eventually work... GREAT VIDEO BTW ! Tons of good information & knowledge just about every minute, really appreciate it. Honestly I learned more in this video than watching others, keep it up

Just found your channel by accident. Very enjoyable & informative. I have been following other content producers & have developed an interest in ocean sailing.....thank you for the work you do.
I'm just a small fry when it comes to navigation but I'm pretty sure large cargo vessels, though sailing on engines, are considered to have way less manouvreabilty than a sailboat on sails so I believe they have the right of way - you were right to stay well clear of them...as I should have stayed, in my inflatable, well clear of a small sailboat on sails that I was passing at obviously too small s distance of some 20 meters when it suddenly did a tack, going straight at me...I turned my stern to it as I couldn't add more power and it hit my outboard, pushing me out of it's way...to this day I'm not so sure if it was completely my fault, because the guy was obviously tacking blind in the crowded Pelješac channel... Great and enjoyable video with great picture quality and in glorious 50 fps (thank God, keep that up), teaches you a lot about how it is to sail on a larger boat.

Igor thank you for your work. In ferrying aircraft (general aviation planes) over the North Atlantic and North Sea we always wear life preserves, thermal suit and type 1 with beacons. It is good idea to keep safe.

I have been using them for 6 months as they become widely avilable here. As good as weights or better for some exercises.

Thanks Mari! There are colision regulations called also ColReg. One says....You have to do everything to avoid collision. I like this one the most.

Igor thank you for your work. In ferrying aircraft (general aviation planes) over the North Atlantic and North Sea we always wear life preserves, thermal suit and type 1 with beacons. It is good idea to keep safe.
