While still being out of reach for 99% of us, this property is absolutely worth the price! Very beautifully decorated without it becoming tacky and so much land attached to it. A lovely haven in the British countryside.

Hey Toby. What an awesome home that is quiet on the outside while giving so much on the inside. Just a few questions:
1. How far is it from central London on train and by car?
2. Does it have any renewable energy systems at all, and if not how easy is it to implement? Any municipality approvals or not?
3. Does it have a water harvesting system at all, and does it have a water purification system? The latter is more important from many perspectives
4. Lastly, are there any restrictions to building expansion, and what would the stringent requirements if any be?

This is worth the money, has a decent amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, impressively huge, acres of land, decent amenities, what a goated home
You present really well, mm probably one of the homes you have done that if I had the money ide move in tomorrow,,,😢 great price also all the land and the size of the property. Closer to London be a crazy asking price without the land…was there any garage for my roller

20 Acres is a huge amount of land to show. You can get info if you contact Toby and are genuinely interested in the property. Otherwise theres not much point to add local area info in this vid

I'm really enjoying your tours .lovely house ,it looks newly built though not edwardian age , I didn't see a separate dining room, I know its pickie but surprised it hasn't got one , loved the pool room ,can I ask that I've noticed that you dont take your shoes off .
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed the tour. The floors in this house are exceptionally slippery due to the finish on the natural stone. The owners insisted I keep them on for safety. In all other tours we have multiple shoes dedicated to touring.

Beautiful house, but just to nit pick, none of those doors looked like they were bi-folding. They all looked sliding.
This is a random thing I need to point out, as you always seem to say "queen sized bed" but I think they are usually double or king, possibly super king size beds at times. A queen is a small double bed, only slightly larger than a standard single bed. Just saying. 🛏️🛌
I love this comment, bed sizes differ internationally. To communicate best to you all, it’s easier to say Queen size bed, as it is the second largest bed type. Super Kings and Kings are rare. Queen is definitely not a small double bed. I have a Queen bed, so can confirm this ;)
@@TobyCorban apparently queen, small double and 3/4 or 4 ft are all the same size. Roughly 120 cm. That's why I mentioned this.
According to Dreams UK:
A small double bed is 4ft wide and 6ft 3ins long (120cm wide and 190cm long). You may know them as queen size beds or three-quarter beds - they're exactly the same bed size.
This is kind of confusing that's why I actually checked. But a queen is in fact a small double not a standard or full double or king, or super king size bed. Super king sized beds are large but not huge either. So big houses/mansions like this could easily have them in the bigger bedrooms. 🤔

Some of the decorations are ugly. Others are beautiful. The floor plan is a little dismal confusing, some of the rooms I would repurpose, for example I'd make the billiards into the office and the office into the billiards.
If you are thinking that SUCCESS is luck or accident, you are wrong. Because do not know how successful people work till they become successful.... @@andrewr3973 I know the houses celebrities have lived in around lapworth but I’ve never heard of this house having a famous person in it therefore I can only assume it’s a very affluent anonymous person
Most rich people don't have that many friends because they r busy working hard. So with all this space and 2/4 people living no reason the current owners r selling this property. If I were rich I would have most probably stayed in the lake house and went to the office and chilled with my trustworthy dog.

This is a carbon copy of Enes Yilmazer's (over 3 million subscribers) luxury property tour channel. The presenter Toby Corban literally acts the same as Enes. Even down to the smallest body movement, camera angles, the flow of the show, and how Enes talks and explains things. He must of watched a lot of Enes Yilmazer's videos, and then said "lets copy that???" This is a decent video, but it's not original. Enes Yilmazer, based in L.A. is the goat of Luxury property tours...
