Here's a couple of tips for you and your viewers: #1 The #2 check valve almost never causes a drip, even if it does have a problem. #2 If the unit stops dripping while there is water flowing through it (as in your sprinklers running), the problem is in the #1 check valve. The thing continuing to leak while there is flow through it is a sure sign of the problem being in the relief valve and not the #1 check valve. #3 I don't know about your part of ther country, but here in Memphis the place to find parts actually in stock for backflow preventers is at your local irrigation supply house. They are certainly available online but you could very possibly find them on the shelf at an irrigation supply house. The part you used though, the whole relief valve module, would probably not have been in stock around here and online ordering would have been the best bet.
