Thank you for bringing this difficult subject up. I didn't realize I had an eating problem until I saw how amazing and healthy Nami's diet is. Now I kind of feel like I do have an issue. I'm not quite sure how to describe it but I don't really eat regular meals and often deprive myself of food. Sometimes I'm hungry but I don't have an appetite. Not sure if this makes sense but yes, I do think I have an eating disorder.
@@houndlover870 I was experiencing something similar, due to stress I lost my appetite and ended up eating very few, if any at all, meals a day. I was starving, but I just couldn’t eat. If it’s something you’re worried about, you should tell someone about it to get help before it gets too bad :( Something that helped me a lot was to set alarms for when it was time to eat so that I didn’t forget about it, and to eat a lot of tiny portions instead of 3 big ones a day. I hope you get well soon❤️
It’s refreshing to see a person that lives alone but is NOT lonely, is active but honors quiet contemplation too. Even after working long hours. Your ways are like a light in a dark tunnel.

Believe it or not your videos and zooming in to you preparing and sitting down to eating your prepared meal has made me truly see what is interesting in an observation of what would be interesting in a particular food painting I am commissioned to do for a client. I kept wanting to watch your vlogs and I didn’t know really why, but then it clicked. Now I’m sure what would be most interesting to see in my food shot painting and I want to thank you. I normally prefer to paint people but I was asked to a particular food shot for my client. Who knew this would wake up my artist eyes!

A few years ago I stayed in a hotel near Beatrix Potter’s quaint cottage in The Lake District, and was able to visit inside. It was where she wrote Peter Rabbit stories. 🐇

Your you tubes are so beautiful and calming. I often watch one or more you tubesyou made before I go to bed which relax me. I cannot get over how organized you are in your small apartment and keep it so clean. Your cooking is outstanding. I have a daughter probably around your age that had a studio apartment and I tried helping her organize her apartment which turned out very cramped and not very much room. She did not have a full kitchen like yours but a burner or two, microwave, and small toaster oven. She had no kitchen sink or washing machine. She had to wash dishes in bathroom sink and bathtub.
