We used to walk in the Kariakoo market and nearby streets on Sundays when we stayed in the Tanzanite Executive Suites years back. I remember the Chef's Pride restaurant and a tea shop opposite to it where we can get masala Chai (spicy tea). Those areas in Dar es Salaam look like any other street in India in terms of the architecture of the buildings, food culture, and the crowd in the street. Thank you for the visuals...

      Tanzania would not want
To encourage a red light industry. Don't visit Tanzania
      If you are so inclined.
There are other places in the
World for that type of work.
Tanzania would wish to be free
      Of sexual transmitted disease.
      Specifically AIDS.
      Please do not visit Tanzania
      If you are a carrier
      The health of our people
      Is paramount in our mind.
We have the right to be
      As health conscious as
      We can possibly be.
We would politely urge you to
      Go elsewhere for those pursuits.

Not only protect your women from the STD's but also abuse and mental illness brought having to be a prostate.
This type of human trafficking is a crime against humanity.
One thing, you have assumed that the person who asked for the local girls perhaps didn't ask for a prostitution just to look at pretty woman overall. I would ask for a clarification.
