Most videos don`t tell about the aftermath of becoming a US green card holder. So, if have a net worth let us say 300 million dollars. How much tax will you be paying on it after transferring that wealth to the US.

Past wealth is not taxed. The problem is the income tax that will incur after you get the Green Card. There are tax strategies to minimize the impact.
@claudiocolnago So, let us assume that a person applies for it and is a crypto billionaire (20+ billion in Crypto and or FIAT) what would be the impact on his taxation if he chooses to apply for the GreenCard in your opinion?
Just for applying? Nothing. But after getting a GC, whenever the person sells crypto, will have taxable income. But I doubt that a crypto billionaire would even apply for a GC, specifically for that reason.
