Guys I've enjoyed all your builds but this Skyline most of all. It's pretty obvious why these cars are in such demand. Not only are they capable of much more power with so little modification, the parts and support rival cars 20 years more modern. This is like it was building 60's Detroit vehicles in the 80's. Thanks also for not hiding your mistakes.
Over 300 out of an RB20 is no joke… well done! I swapped one of these in a S13 back in 2002 and have always thought the sound of the RB20’s was one of the best out there. Exceptional build 🎉

Thanks guys for putting in the time to build the RB20.....normally bigger channels with the budgets gloss over the 20 and go for the 25 or 26 an it's over looked. 400hp should be standard in my opinion. i don’t get why no one wants their cars at 400hp at the minimum

@@slapdasharbitrary no everything isn’t power. but make your wheels slightly wider or run wider tires for a nice stance or better grip & than 300 hp will now feel like nothing. 300hp is decent if you leave a car bone stock. period. anything you do from that point on is going to add weight & need more power to move the car & 300hp is not the move. stop lying to yourselves

Honestly I think this is truly the best street performance vehicle you guys have made because it is built to do everything. Interior is comfortable yet sporty, perfect amount of street-able horsepower, pump and E85 tuned, sounds nasty really perfect and what's dope is you guys would've done the same thing with the gtr but would've cost you guys 20k more so that savings literally translated into a better car... Truly a dope build!!!

I would love to see Throtls" take on a German car that's not a beemer. Maybe you guys should build something like a mk7 Golf R or Audi RS3, loads of aftermarket support and there's a lot you can do to them. Plus you can get some insane power with just bolt on mods. Maybe a future sweepstakes car?
That skyline is a monster I love it and the next build I think would be cool is doms Mazda RX7
The numbers are perfect for this build. Fully streetable with a comfortable interior. Only problem is you can't SEE it while you're driving it. Never been a huge fan of widebody kits, but this vehicle looks gorgeous! And I'm still drooling over those infinity taillamps!!!

Shocked at that, my rb20det with a gtx 3071R gen 2 and stock cast manifold, with 262 cams and bit of bottem end work made 422bhp wheel, was expecting yours to make more as ill be going top mount and tubular manifold soon, hoping for more power
How much boost do you run and what kind of bottom end stuff?
@@niall21 bottom end is built so pistons and rods and running 1.5bar of boost so around 21 psi

Impossible. Everybody knows cars make 50 whp less than you want, they never make more. And you need to run more boost than you wanted to even get that. At least that's how every dyno session ive done goes lol
You guys should bring back an OG Japanese Legend that really gets forgotten and that's the Mitsubishi 3000GT then take some weight off the front end and increase the horsepower hair by doing a 4g63 swap 6 Speed and that would be epic no one's doing that on the internet big time anymore right now
I'm just saying the 90s era top five JDM Legends are skylines NSX RX7 Supra and 3000GT all of them get love but one it seems like these days...... 🤔😮💨
