My girlfriend and I watched your entire 5 part series on this trail, plus some of your others. Awesome series. I did learn that I will avoid taking a TW 200 group from Hilerton Trail to Sanford Trail next week. Most all of us are late 50 and early 60's and the TW is a 280 pound bike. Funny how much the area has changed since I first started riding there two up, in 81' on a 1970 DT1 250 Yamaha. My buddy was also riding 2 up on a 65 Bultaco Matador.

Yes that would be a hard trip from Sanford. It was way worse than I remember. I rode that on a 4 wheeler years ago and I don’t remember it being that bad.

Hey Tim. Cool videos. Was wondering if you have ever heard of "Fasst Impact Moto Pegs & Fasst Flex handlebars ? At least worth looking at. Would for sure make a difference on those rocky trails. The handlebars caused me to not have to stop as often to shake my hands out. The pegs are the really grippy and absorb vibration. Again, awesome videos. Hoping to get to ride these trails in the Taylor Park area this year or next. I started riding dirt bikes (trails only, not motocross) at age 62. Will be 68 this year. Lewis

I’ve heard good things about the Fasst bars but haven’t tried them yet. Get up to Taylor and get to riding! It’s one of my favorite places to ride.
