Say what you want about Gaga, the way she respects and treats her elders like Tony Bennett and Minnelli, it says a lot about her humility and compassion.
What a beautiful moment. Lady Gaga handled this like a true professional. Her compassion and love was so evident. She really does appreciate the legends. And hats off to Liza for giving it her all. I watched Cabaret for the first time when I was 24 years old. Since then I have watched it more than 10 times because of Lisa's performance and I will continue to watch it. Lisa is a legend and it couldn't be any other than Gaga to give us this beautiful moment of affection and love.
My mom was an absolute hippie growing up, and she took me to see Cabaret when I was just 11 years old. I still remember most of the movie after all these years, and just watched it again for only the second time in my life. What an AMAZING performance by Liza! I shed a few tears seeing her after all these years, and I hope that she's happy and always surrounded by good friends.
So sad to see Liza in a wheel chair and acting like she has the beginnings of dementia or something similar to that. Lady Gaga is so sweet, respectful, and loving and she is NOT looking down to Liza. Bravo to both of them.

I watched Cabaret for the first time when I was 24 years old. Since then I have watched it more than 10 times because of Lisa's performance and I will continue to watch it. Lisa is a legend and it couldn't be any other than Gaga to give us this beautiful moment of affection and love.
They are both absolute DARLINGS!!!!
My mom was an absolute hippie growing up, and she took me to see Cabaret when I was just 11 years old. I still remember most of the movie after all these years, and just watched it again for only the second time in my life. What an AMAZING performance by Liza! I shed a few tears seeing her after all these years, and I hope that she's happy and always surrounded by good friends.
I love how both of these ladies took time to acknowledge the other. 2 icons just being people. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
So sad to see Liza in a wheel chair and acting like she has the beginnings of dementia or something similar to that. Lady Gaga is so sweet, respectful, and loving and she is NOT looking down to Liza. Bravo to both of them.

What I love about this is for the younger folks at home who don’t know why the lady next to Gaga was put up to the task, Gaga makes sure to let them know what a legend she is getting to share the stage with! ❤ Only to rock people’s worlds with going straight for it “Okay, Coda” and I’ll never forget the wonderful shock of that actress with the bun right after the fact
This hits hard when u know that Liza does not want to be seen in the wheelchair and was sabotaged to go on stage
