If I could afford to leave my dreadful job today I’d quit in a heartbeat. I’m going to apply for 20 jobs a day . No more complaining I’m stepping out on faith and I’m leaving .

How did it go?! I’m in this spot right now. But applying for jobs takes me soooo long. Like 6-9 hours per application. I need to be quicker and just wing it so I can get a better job.

We need to stop minimizing the importance of working with your hands. I do job placement at a vocational school and the trades are begging for help. I’ve had HVAC company owners call and tell me they will hire the whole class. Those that go into the trades today are going to be better off in the long run than those of us who went the college route and will have no debt.

The smart ones go the trades path and then do the college path.

Love the show, love how they can be vulnerable about their parenting skills and family. This is awesome Ken, thanks for sharing some of your story. Love your show! Will be calling in soon btw

Hop off of ken guys! Y’all literally don’t even know the guy, just the radio personality.
Ken, you’re a cool dude. Thanks for sharing your perspective and personal experiences in front of thousands. That takes balls. You have my respect.
Delony, you keep bringing guests onto your show that you believe will help and benefit the people who watch and listen. You’re great at what you do, and I love listening to the show. You’ve put more tools in my tool bag than anything else like it.
We need more positivity. More people willing to build others up and less people sitting behind screens expressing their negativity through impersonal distanced disapproval.

This episode spoke so much to me on the parenting side. I also learned so much about Ken and have a new appreciation for the person he is. I never listen to his show because I am happy in my work but I may just start now.

Everything you guys talked about parenting I can relate to. Thank you for sharing, it's refreshing to hear that that parenting can be a process for us and other parents go through it too. I have been there in the "What are others going to think about me due to my kids behavior (I have a 3 year old)" and being harsh on my kid for making mistakes

Love this show…. Great advice across the board. I don’t hate my company just dislike my work situation. I’m trying to move internally in this company, however not many avenues currently. It might be just time to look somewhere else for better opportunities.

Love the show, usually listen on podcast. But please keep the headset away from John and use mic only! Can't hear his low growl talking on the podcast when he has the headset! Love the conversations though, great content that has helped me grow!

Some teachers become millionaires because they live low and invest for many years. Becoming a millionaire is more about investing then how much money you make. Obviously there are a bunch different factors but it doesn’t require a huge income to become a millionaire.

Love the John Deloney show, but recently it’s been very hard to hear the quiet parts of conversations due to the audio editing. Hope this gets fixed soon

I like the actual call shows more than the interview shows, even though I sometimes listen to Ken's show, and like it.

What do you do if you work hard and serve others, but your employer hardly ever gives you raises or gives you very small raises, and you can’t find somewhere else to go work at with your skills? I don’t just want to work hard serving others and not have money to pursue hobbies or do projects around the house while my bosses have huge homes and season tickets for pro teams. It gets old just working hard and barely getting by.

Delony- I enjoy you so stinking much, but never agreed with you on the music. Sounds like your son's taste is right on track! Haha! Toss a little 90s alternative in there and he will be on the straight and narrow.

You are at your job more than you are at home. If you are miserable at your job GET OUT. Now there is a caveat do this when you have another job lined up.
