    In this video, we recreate the events of United Airlines Flight UA999, a Boeing 777-300ER (N2534U), which departed from Newark Liberty International Airport, NJ (USA) bound for Brussels Airport, Belgium. Shortly after takeoff and during the initial climb, the crew reported a suspected strike at around 8,000 feet and requested to level off at 10,000 feet, followed by delay vectors from air traffic control. After evaluating the situation, they declared an emergency and decided to return to Newark.
