Yes, excellent work and insights, thanks a million Dr. McClanahan!
Today, I walked out for food shopping in my new Altra Trail shoes with metatarsal pads - just walking based on my recent foot surgery & wow, forefoot walking was easy with them plus my feet became so lovely warm despite the quite fresh temperatures outside and with the fact that I am usually the cold feet type :-) I love this new feeling of free moving toes and nicely blood circulated feet. Can't wait to do it again and again ... :-D

Having good circulation and mobile toes is a pretty enjoyable sensation! Once you start getting used to having healthy feet again, it can be hard to imagine how you ever did without them. Here's to many years of healthy feet!

I am looking forward to getting better and stronger feet (also with the fact that I now, have to live with one altered foot). Had I come across your fantastic channel and valuable information before I would not have gone for having surgery. But hey as long as you live, you learn :-) My Altra shoes however, I had to send back due to the fact of irritated scare tissue that cam from the Altra shoe construction. Today, I ordered one pair of Vibram Five Finger shoes instead, together with five pairs of five finger socks and with the idea in mind to slowly building my foot muscles up when walking in them each day a bit longer. For next month I have planned to purchase your Correct Toes and luckily, I have also found one online seller based in Germany (www.happytoes.de) who imports your great product into my home country. I am a total fan of your channel and product line. Keep up the good work :-) and god bless you!

Would you be able to offer insights into how to help nerves in the foot and ankle recover faster from probable L/4/L5 nerve compression? Not full foot drop, but toe weakness and continued paresthesia.

this would have been nice to know :(. I threw my out because they were cause my toes to blister. I think it was due to size issues. I had seen progress in my feet so I want to get another pair but in small. I had medium before due to the size of my feet as recommended. I will get the inji socks with them this time.

+bonanzatime it's sad because I bought another set. this time in small and they fit better. I just wish they had known because I spend almost a $100 on the cts + 2 pair of socks. I hope this don't happen to anyone else.
