The lite will not fill in those gaps. It’s actually priced way too high for less premium if you don’t or didn’t kickstart. Do not let the kickstarter price fool you.
This is the best sounding low profile out there at the moment. Second goes to NuPhy for sound and feel. Third Logitech for sound and software.
Beyond that, not many offerings Keychron dropped the ball big time in the low profile sector.

Have you tried the IQUNIX Magi65? Some people say that’s the new low profile board to beat.

Ergonomically the highest available tilt is a catastrophe for your wrists and you will likely need to change that in your future.
Adjust the table and your seat to have a straight wrist to palm angle as much as possible - or hover if thats your cup of tea.

Damn man such a nice thorough review. I love the observations about the keycaps because they bother me a ton too. Mostly though the lack of Mac specific keys since I only use a Mac and hate the clutter of dual lablels.
I just bought the NuPhy Air75 v2 (still on the way from Amazon) and expecting a less stellar typing experience but hopefully a much better polish.
Previously I had 2 Logitech MX Mechanical Minis but both of them have issues with keys that stopped working so I needed a replacement.

I got my lofree flow keyboard over the holidays. Glad I saw your video. My biggest concerns were the sleeping and waiting. Totally annoying and if there's no way to fix this, well... I assumed there was
Next, I use a mac and the command/control keys are totally inconsistent. I have to resort to using my laptop built-in keyboard for any ctrl-X shortcuts. Looking to see how to change this, but sounds like it ain't easy.
As I type this, I can tell you that my wrists are starting to get a bit sore. might be due to the angle.
Another weird thing I noticed is the most all of the brown/gold colored function keys don't work on the mac. (screen brightness [F1/F2], Speaker volume control [F10/F11] do oning yeah... that last word was supposed to be the word "nothing", but the keyboard sort of fell alseep and produced the word "oning" instead of nothing. This happens a lot.
I really REALLY wanted to love this, but I may have to return it.
Lastly, I do make mabny many typos

OH MY GOD! 09:30... My typing speed on the Lofree Flow Lite is about 20% slower than it is on my 40% keyboard, which requires a layer for any punctuation outside of (? , .). I'm also so error-prone on the damn thing. I'm getting to a point where I'm a little less error-prone, but it's taking a lot of concentration.... I'm glad I'm not alone in my struggles lol

After looking at so many keyboard reviews as I gear up to buy a mac mini set up, i think I might just keep it simple to start with and go for Logitech MX keys mini, or just the Apple magic keyboard, because it seems these "no name" brands all have something seriously off with them. And I guess if I want to do light gaming, I'll just go for a Wooting keyboard

Thanks for such detailed and honest review.
After it, most others seems like they were sponsored.

Yes many of them were sponsored, but the main reason why at the end I still bought the Lofree Flow because of its Sound & Feel. Luckily there are local vendor in my area that displaying Lofree Flow at their store, so I had a chance to try it before I bought it. I agree the price doesn't justify the rest of its features, but if typing feel and sound is your highest priority in keyboard buying decision, then go for it, it's still unmatched

7 minutes in an I had to stop watching cause I was already convinced not to get this thanks to your comprehensive review. For a keyboard costing $200 AUD there's too many small issues you brought up that I can't believe a $200 keyboard would manage to have.
It's a shame cause I really like the design, a lot of similar style of keyboards have weird colour schemes. Great video for anyones considering this keyboard as you get straight to the point!

You can swap the keycaps instead

I guess that makes the most sense and I agree. But I think there’s still a subtle difference. The frames are different also aren’t they (with different accents). So you still won’t get exactly what you wanted. Good enough for me and maybe you but not for the perfectionist.
