How to improve performance on windows 11

there's actually a bunch of optimization but i just show what im using.
If the optimization is not working please go back to restore point and all of the optimzation you've changed will be removed:)
sorry for my mic;-; i was only using my headsets mic cuz my hyperX is broken that's why i didn't upload asmrs, also i reused my rtx 3050, i saved my 4080 for future pc sooner so don't ask or roast in comment why.
I DONT RECOMMEND USING MSI AFTERBURNER IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT
IT MAY CRASH YOUR PC/LAPTOP!!!
additional:
if your minecraft is paid version here's option for uncapping your fps
1. right click the minecraft
2.go to properties
3.click compatibility
4.check the disable fullscreen optimization
5.click change high DPI settings
6.check the high DPI scaling override
7.click apply and ok.
