Either way, fantastic furniture is about as cheap, although noticably worse quality and harder to put together.

hell, maybe when I do il have an even better setup. my dream setup is to have a basement that is locked off by a gun safe, no windows and no notion that it exists, open up a bookcase and then unlock the safe door, walk down into my collection / gun room with guns up on the walls and even more than the 2 mannequins (ww1 and 2nd gulf war, though the iraq war (2005ish dated gear) is not complete) that I have already setup. I just need to move into a larger house or at least one with a larger basement that the door is in a better spot.

That last computer room/setup you looked at. The last one. That is a little thing people like to call "controlled chaos". Everything is out of sorts, not in their right places, hidden from view, etc. But you know where all of it is, and can get to it at a moment's notice.

I love the microwave idea - disconnected of course. They have crazy high cfm fans built in. I think my microwave fan is about 450-500cfm. In a nice looking microwave and it's awesome. I have a stainless mini manic chef fridge I'm thinking about using for a build.(case fans for cooling - not the refrigerator cooling system) cheers

That microwave build fucking slays NGL. If you take out the clear plastic front, that's 100% mesh. Pick the right microwave, and that's one hell of a cyberpunk industrial look, especially if you put something on the microwave screen. Maybe cover the keypad with a scientific calculator? Just to max out the hacked together brutal function look.

The trouble with cable management is, it makes modifying things so much more difficult. I just had to swap all my stuff to a new PC, it took me minutes. Nothing is cable tied anywhere. It's just a mater of grabbing one end and pulling, addressing knots and pulling again. Once you start cable tying and managing things it takes forever to extract, swap or run new cables. Better to just get a desk big enough so your feet around tangled in them. I got a 2mx1.6m premium executive desk from an office surplus store for £100 delivered. It's immense. Has 2x34" 21:9s on it, side by side and there is still room for 2 large desktop monitor speakers AND a slot for the cat to sit. Monitors up on stands, there is a whole Wifi router and laptop behind the left monitor! I'll have to fire a photo on twitter, before and after I clean it this spring.
The worst part of Jayz's spanish impression is that it's not even Spanish...

@CrazyGman2013 I'm 5 weeks older than Jay and also have a fair amount of gray hair, although not quite as much as he does. (The sides of my hair have some gray edges, beard/moustache has more of a mix, top still a fair bit brown.) I know someone from church who's in I think his mid 80s -- he has much less gray hair than me. Also my dad was mostly gray by his early 40s or so, and his mom had white hair pretty early as well. (There was a time she got mistaken for being her husband (my grandpa)'s mother instead of his wife.)
