i have a question mate so i don’t know much about cars but where your pouring the steal seel does that have to be empty from any coolant/antifreeze already in there.

No, you just need enough space to get the steel seal in there. I had to drain a little bit out first
Are you supposed to use 2 bottles for a v8?
Not sure. Doesn't say anything about that on the bottle but would make sense
Think you need 3 bottles over 4.0
