    1. Creating the passion. Do what you love, love what you do.
    2. To be happy with little achievements like little focusing times. admire your little achievements.
    3. Reduce your distractions. Stay away from distraction. Focusing power is not an act it is a practice, it is a habit. When it distracted take it back to the studies and keep on studying.
    4. Just meditate a little while.

    1. Create passion in what your goal (because without being happy you can't focus anything )
    2. Turn little achievement into bigger achievement in your mind and happy with it because achievement or success is relative term
    3. Reduce distraction and stay away from from it by making your goal , your top priority .
4.Focusing power is a habit . So practice it again and again by taking it back in your work when your mind get distraction
    5. Before doing anything what need your focus just do meditation .

Great advice here, thank you! Your mention of focusing practice reminds of this essential directive I learned from Marshall Vian Summers' work: "The mind must be employed or allowed to rest, and its employment is not always in a state of work. It may be focused on an enjoyable activity, but it must be focused." It feels such an essential practice, the way you describe it as well...

#1 is the hardest(figuring out your passion), I am in my late 30s and I still don't know what my passion is.. Anybody going through this lol?
People say things like - write down what you like, the most time you spend on every day etc.. but those things are BS like watching TH-cam, movies, Netflix etc.. the whole world is doing that.. Passion is something that you are willing to do for 16 hours straight without getting bored and that's not watching tv or Netflix or scrolling through your phone.
