    Dearest Cole,
    I have been intermittently been around yoga since age 17 and it immediately resonated with me like seeing and old friend. I am turning 68 in December . I began teaching yoga and Pilates at a fitness center in 2000 so 23 years. Once again in and out and even as a yoga teacher I never really established a regular home practice using my classes as my practice. As of late I have been in a new space in my life and pulled back from teaching and toward my own practice at home. I have been caring for my elderly mom who is now on hospice and facing new challenge of a close family member in jail. I am so grateful for your u tube free flows and thinking of subscribing to your platform . Yoga has become a refuge for me here. Slot of sadness and pain has been bubbling up from my soul .

    Day 111 Cole! This is my special number sequence. This is the main sequence I see everywhere. Today was incredibly special after this practice, I meditated with my master, master Sri Akarshana and I was able to let go of old Joy that wasn't serving my true purpose and embrace new Joy, who isn't afraid. Who isn't afraid to laugh, who isn't afraid to fall, who isn't afraid to say I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU COLE CHANCE because you are a beautiful soul, because you give me so much help, selflessly and gracefully! Namaste teacher, I couldn't have done it without you! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏✌✌🎁

    if I knew what was to come I wouldn't have done this strong and challenging flow first thing in the morning, but I'm glad I did as it invigorated my body and soul. Cole, your words at the end "yoga is about simply getting to know yourself" will stick with me. namaste!

    This was one of the most challenging sessions I've done in a while. At times I felt fully focused and connected with my body, I felt strong and capable, and had to continue my mind body connection and not let success fuel my ego. At other times I felt wobbly, unskilled, struggling to keep up - but I felt something through it all and was able to observe these feelings and sensations and learnt more about myself and my practice through it. I find it natural to dislike what we aren't good at, for me that being poses such as the boat and side plank, but it is through doing them that we better ourselves and our practice.     Day 94! Omgosh! I knew there was one (or a few) that I had done, however, finding them. I really like this too! It was difficult and challenging. I love it! Going to do this one much more!     Day 95! I love this one! I'm able to do chatarunga lower😁 still have knees on the ground, however, able to hold without falling on my face. Fallen triangle is getting easier on left hip. Excited that im healing that area of my body! Love chair pose and boat pose. Hope you do more flows with those poses! Thank you Cole! I appreciate your help, I love you! I💕💕🙏✌✌🎁

    Day 99! Doing these flows everyday gets difficult and easier....lol. this one was challenging for balance in side plank, however, fallen triangle and chattaranga are getting easier and I have a higher lift. Sleepy now, maybe I should nap after meditation 🤔😌😌😴. Stay in the 🎁 🙏✌✌💕

    Good morning! This was awesome. Those side moves very challenging. I haven't done much of that since I started my yoga journey with you last year. I think I always kind of avoid or skip them because I am afraid. Isn't that interesting? glad I noticed the fear so I could allow it while still working through the poses at my own pace. I feel very secure trying new things with you because you explain the details so well (i.e. pressing the ball of your feet together in side plank the way we did in boat pose) I couldn't do them completely but I did more than I ever have because I began. I felt very satisfied. Thank you

    Managed to keep up for the first 25 mins. I'm new to yoga, 51 with shoulder and hip problems but I wish you would've gone a bit slower for crow pose (one of my favs). Guess its not called yoga flow for nothing. Proud of myself for getting this far :)
