- What's up gamers, GullYY here and today I have something very special for you! The new bug tribe was released for the Battle of Polytopia today, now known as "Cymanti". In this video we check out some of their new units, special abilities, and tech! All in all, I absolutely love this tribe, both in terms of strength and aesthetic. Why? Oumaji riders are cool because you can expand faster and get new cities within 3 moves while other tribes need at least 4 so their stars production is less at the beginning

This tribe is very op, but only on land. If you got an enemy that's on a island with ranged soldiers you're kinda helpless. The water bug and the flying bug aren't strong at all compared to the land ones like the centipede
Charging those centipede segments with knights should be fun
I'm wondering if Polaris's freezing ability would be a good counter as well

honestly i think that bug tribe will win, if polaris isn’t fast enough to make a wall of cannons the bugs will quickly rush them
@@rehansajid1106 I think in a large map with a bunch of tribes Polaris will absolutely win, but in a smaller map or on a 1v1 Cymanti will overwhelm Polaris.
@@arinb.9176 I think polaris will actually help the bugs swarm them because the bugs struggle to get through water, an obstacle which polaris removes
@@cluelessmango768 yeah that's true, but i think i can definitely defeat Cymanti using Kickoo since water is kickoo's friend basically.
I tried it with a friend and we had a really close match but Polaris lost. I tried it against a bot and Polaris won. They were both on massive settings 1v1 continents.

knowing that their units are squishy yet explosive, this tribe is entirely vengir but much more aggressive, and best in early game attacks, though i think they would get slapped in mid-game and would get defenestrated late game. good ol' knight spam should take care of 'em
I honestly think they have great late game potential with their ability to poison units using terrain, we'll just have to wait and see

Fun fact if you get recycling you can decompose treasures in you city limits. It doesn't actually give you anything though. Also I'm pretty sure the shaman boosts lasts until you attack an enemy. :D

If every tribe this level of differentiation, the game would be burn more awesome. Very funny video.
Cymanti closing in on two years later is still the only tribe I can win with in a crazy 15 opponent game. Even on the Archipelago map they can quickly rise from “eh, a shaman and warrior” to a 15+ doomix per turn tsunami of poisonous death.
They are by far my favorite tribe for massive map domination games where the turns become several minutes long just due to the sheer size of the forces you command.
Ikr. Ever since their release, they just got more op. For example, poison now takes away 30% of defence, not 20%, and Phychi now have the Surprise ability like daggers. They just keep being made stronger and stronger.

I kinda wish their was a tribe where you could grow your bugs like you would put an investment into them like 10 stars then a small egg will appear on the tile then after every certain amount of time it would evolve into the next level of the egg and you could hatch whenever you want and their would be three stages just born (the small egg) sub adult (pupae) large (cocoon) and after you hatch the large one it’s a super powered unit

This Tribe looks insanely OP
How can you win with this tribe in Domination? I haven’t quite figuref it out. I think there’s only one unit that is meant for only water, then there is a flying unit that can go anywhere, but is weak. Battleships far outweigh the flying and water unit. Flying units up against tiny boats with 10-15 health barely have a change. Even in numbers, the flying units will die which will invalidate getting 3 stars.
I want a video of a knight just killing a centipede giant from its tail up to its head.

4 enchanted tribes:
Aquarion : Resurface after many years
Elyrion : Appear once again with magic studying
Polaris: trapped in eternal frost
Cymanti : Alien bug take control of them
I have been playing with cymanti and noticed that when the main centipede dies, the segments turn into actual centipedes!!!
My thoughts are
How long until they are nerfed like Polaris was.
Also playing with water is hard, and this tribe can combat tridention spam which is just wow

Why is no one remembering Oumaji? Their rider helps expanding the realm the double speed(but Bardur is also strong I was on a lvl 13 capital once)

There is only one problem with this tribe I think. If they have really low defense and health then the cavalry will be a problem right?
Yeah I tried it but it seems that due to their amazing mid game economy, they can just keep on pumping super units and knights and they are quite unstoppable.
That tribe reminds me of Nausicaa from the valley of the wind (Studio Ghibli)
