I tried this and the inside of the cake wasn't baked. I followed this two-ingredient recipe exactly and I don't know what happened. I preheated, like you said, and after 50 min it wasn't done. I put it back for another 10 min and still wasn't done. After 30 min more, the inside was still raw and wet. I was so disappointed. I wonder what happened? Two ingredients and I still screwed it up 😂😂

Could this be mixed in a bowl and then transferred to an actual angel food cake tube pan?
