I've heard people say that they put the cake in the freezer with a very light layer of frosting they call it the crumb layer and then the put the rest of the frosting on over that crumb layer to make it look nice. I was about to make this box of lemon cake mix when I thought I would see if there was a way to make it taste more homemade. I'm going to half this recipe to make my cake, Thank you so much!
