In bedrock you actually drown in lava
the reason milk removes the bad omen effect is because the illagers see you down a whole bucket of milk like a champ and realize they don't want to mess with you
Raw milk no less
Straight from the source is the best kind!
Exactly
An entire cubic meter of milk, gone in less than 5 seconds.

The camels eating cactus one actually makes perfect sense. Actual camels can eat cactus by rotating the cactus while chewing, allowing them to distribute the pressure points of the cactus through their whole mouths allowing them to consume the cactus with no issue.
I was bouta say, very true
stop being so smart my brain can't comprehend this can u please explain is simpler way
@@clockforsure It spins the cactus around in it's mouth in order to not get pricked so it can eat the cactus.
They also have tough skin around mouths that helps protect them from the spines when they bite them.
This may be a bit random but technically obsidian and stone are all made by lava, it just depends on how quickly the lava cools, so the Minecraft mechanic sorta makes sense. The thing that always confused me though is that obsidian is a type of glass. Like shatters if you hit it too hard glass…
Yeah. Also, why don't we have an obsidian dagger or arrow recipe that has low durability but high damage. Maybe crafted with shards of obsidian (Gotten when an obsidian block is broken, and the blocks can be crafted with shards.)
Fun fact, in education edition, if you check the contents of redstone it has a ton of nuclear material and also a ton of other stuff that apparently isn't on our periodic table.
Uhhhhhh so I should stop using a mod where I can eat ores?

@@NezuNeedsTea so eat emeralds. Understood
@@NezuNeedsTeaOh good, I always wanted to eat five bowls of coal soup for one meal.
The reason that lava and water make different things is because of the way they cooled. If the source block of lava is hotter than the edges. Obsidian is when it cools from very hot to cold very fast. And stone, just look at Hawaii or some other volcanic islands.
Camels eat cacti irl, it's not that they are immune but that their mouth is specialized for eating cacti.

the Librarian selling enchanted books to the players could still make a bit of sense, just because you have to pay him not only in emeralds but give him an empty book too. and so the Librarian can write the magic spells into that new empty book which turns it into a new magic book ready to sell.
Maybe the emeralds have magical properties which only the Librarian has the intelligence to use.
or he just uses the book on his head
i believe it might have to do with the wandering trader after all he one of the only mobs that use potions other than the witch.
Librarian: You got the goods.
Wandering trader(comes out of invis): Yeah, a couple of enchanted books like you asked.
Librarian: Good, here's payment.
Wandering trader: You sure you don't want me to get you out of there.
Librarian(trapped in villager farm): Nah, I'm good I'm safe here anyway.
that makes more sense cos now ik that they scam u you on purpose
@@amandastephens5776 So that means the reason the wandering trader only sells trash, is because he gives the goods to the villagers.
i think the idea is that the leaves arent just leaves, they have "branches" which is why you get sticks when breaking them occasionally
also, stone is when the lava goes ON TOP of ANY water, cobblestone is where moving lava gets cooled by water, and obsidian.... the lava source

I can explain the cauldron. Basically a water bottle takes more since you fill it with water. When dying leather, it uses less since it’s only absorbing a tiny bit to be colored.
About the creeper disc one, the creeper disc must be stored in the creeper's body, but since the whole body turns to ashes when it dies, the disc also does. So if a skeleton shoots a creeper, it pierces the skin in that specific area, which then seperates that part from the body, allowing the disc to be obtained.
Where did you learn that from?
ok but whats stopping a player from using a bow (or a pillager/piglin from using a crossbow) to get the disc then

6:11 lava IRL actually does make stone, cobblestone*, and obsidian. The way they made the lava able to turn into different things based on the way it touches the water is actually really smart.
Obsidian: The water touches the lava, so the lava cools down quickly and becomes obsidian. Obsidian IRL is caused by rapidly cooling lava.
Stone: The lava touches the water, so the lava cools down slower than the obsidian way. This would cause the lava to turn into different types of stone based on what makes up the lava. In the case of minecraft, it makes stone.
Cobblestone: The lava and water touch eachother, and it makes stone like stated above, but it makes stone that is crushed up because the flowing of the two liquids together breaks up the stone.
Puts on Geology and Chemistry hat: the different blocks produced when water hits lava in different ways is analogous to how it works in the real world. When lava meets water, the crystalline structure of the stone made depends on how the water and lava interacted. Because if this, igneous rocks in a given place are made of the same general mix of materials.
What about the other igneous rocks in the game? Basalt is the rapid cooling of lava and already has a generator but what about tuff andesite or granite?
@@__arc5030 those are metamorphic rock, if I remember correctly

I actually remember there was a mod (don't ask me for the name or where to find it, I sadly can't remember) that made it that when you rode an animal or walked over a path often enough and long enough it would turn the grass into grass paths
what was the name of it? :)
what was the name of it? :)
its called automatic path
Sounds like something Immersive Weathering might have but I am not sure
At least the lava one makes sense on bedrock.
Air bubbles appear when swimming in lava on bedrock.
You sir have commented what I was gonna comment, good job 👍
Somone needs to make a "desire paths" mod nammed after the actual phenomenon.
And the way it would work is
Each entity has a "weight multiplier" or "G" based off how heavy they are
And it would be calculated on how tall and wide they are in blocks.
The player is 1x2 blocks, so they weigh 2G
However the iron golem is 2x4, so its weight is 8G
Now every grass block has a value of how long it takes for it to change states, and lets say this value is "HP"
So every grass block is 150 HP
Every time a mob steps on a grass block, its HP is reduced by 1, multiplied by "G"
So every step a player takes deals 2 damage to that number
Meaning if a player steps on the same grass block 75 times, it will turn into a grass path
ALSO every block is like "refreshed" in the morning in minecraft
Every day the block regenerates +10HP
So if you trampled grass, it has a chance of growing back
Also you can bonemeal blocks at lowered HP to gain between 1-90 HP per bonemeal
Once a Grass block becomes a path block, it once again has 150HP, however once it hits zero it becomes coarse dirt. Once it makes it there, theres no growing grass there ever again unless you replace the block with dirt.
Other things that could happen is if a mob is wet while the block transitions it has a chance of turning into mud
ALSO the same thing could happen to stone
eccept stone wont repar, not even at in the mornings
Stone also has 250 HP
But once stone is walked on enough it becomes cobblestone, and cobblestone thats walked on enough becomes gravel.
Also maybe the bricks variants can have 350 HP and be turned into Cracked bricks after being walked on enough
AND All blocks that can deteriorate now have "petrified" versions that can be crafted with a "Petrification Table"
It uses your levels to turn 2 normal blocks into petrified blocks
And the list of blocks that can have this desire path effect will be limited
Grass/Podzzol/Mycelum -> Grass Path - > Coarse Dirt
Dirt -> Coarse Dirt
Stone -> Cobblestone -> Gravel
Sandstone -> Sand (Maybe something in-between)
Blackstone -> Cobbled Blackstone -> (Maybe gravel, or just end it here)
Deepslate -> Cobbled Deepslate -> (Maybe gravel, or just end it here)
Stone Bricks -> Cracked Stone Bricks -> Cobblestone -> Gravel
Netherbricks -> Cracked Nether Bricks -> (Maybe netherack, or just end it here)
Soulsand -> Soulsoul
About the stone thing: different rocks can be made of the same stuff, for example, the only difference between andesite and diorite is how quickly it was cooled from lava
Also, things with mushrooms growing out might not be dead, they may be like those parasitic fungi that take over ant brains and control them to do their bidding like zombies with mushrooms growing out of their head - so those mooshrooms might actually be having a pretty awful time
Repeaters are like voltage transformers where it requires a voltage to increase or decrease the power level.

2:48 - 3:35 It actually makes sense for milk to go in a bucket, because it’s common in real life. The thing that makes no sense however, is that Steve drinks those 1.5 litres of milk in a shorter period of time than I can drink 15 times less milk.
The camel thing is funny because that is actually how real life camels work. Their mouths are built to munch cactus for water.
12:11 Actually, the Minecraft world is not in fact infinite. A Minecraft TH-camr by the name of Squiddo tested this I think last year, and found there is a point in Minecraft where the world can no longer generate. I forgot how many blocks you have to go out to find the end of a Minecraft world, but it is A LOT and will make your computer lag like crazy
OMG I LOVE SQUIDDOOO once i got to her video with a fanart :D
AntVenom also tested this in modern Minecraft. Soon the chunks stop generating and the player gets stuck forever.
It's not infinite in practise, but in the lore and stuff like that, it is. This isn't all in practise.

you know it's a good day when knarfy uploads a video about minecraft making no sense whatsoever
The Minecraft world isn't infinite - past the world border, it just ENDS.
Here is one: Steve can just punch through a SOLID WOODEN DOOR and doesn't break his hand.
12:00 Camels actually do eat cacti. It’s not their first choice but they are incredibly adapted to the harsh deserts they live in so often cacti along with other dried, often thorny vegetation are the only things on the menu. They have strong cone shaped growths that look like a whole bunch of fleshy spikes in their mouth which are called "Papillae" and their main use are to protect the Camel's mouth from getting pricked and poked from the cacti they eat.
Also about lava - there is a Potion of Waterbreathing you can brew with puffers. Fire Resistance potion is just that + anti-oxidant, because, well, burning is exactly that - oxidizing very quickly. Also if Fire Resistance worked by just rising your heat tolerance and doing nothing about your respiration, you'd just suffocate every time you catch on fire because waste products of burning are toxic and many people and animalss who are caught in wildfires die not from the heat, but from lack of oxygen.
Getting only get 3 bottles of water from water in a cauldron, but that same water on the ground gives infinite water bottles

10:09 weird stuff I’ve seen with water and lava
In some seeds you’ll just have flowing water but no water source
Lava from ruined portals that spawn underwater (how and why did it end up underwater) not turning to obsidian
Also when you load new chunks the lava starts flowing like a player just placed a source
How can a bucket hold lava but can’t survive in lava

Why are infinite water sources possible
5:57
Knarfy:"Gravity, more like... uh nose... NOT-vity"
Me:"Gravity, more like cavity!"
5:57 Gravity? I hardly know thee.
12:19 No, a Minecraft world isn’t infinite. In fact, it is only 60M blocks wide. Players cannot go past that point. Chunks still generate but you could reach the edge of the world, as it stops generating chunks at some point.
no the stripelands let it go on to be (2³²)•2 blocks wide
What if in an April Fools update every logic would get realistic?
Lmao you accidentally made something sus with the obsidian
6:34 water onto Lava Source makes obsidian, Lava onto water source makes stone, Lava and water flowing into each other in other cases makes cobble... for the most part, I think lava landing on flowing water still miiiight make stone, but I believe it'll just make cobble where they collide.
Camels in cacti actually make sense because they have incredibly thick lips designed for eating spiny plants like cacti
Fun fact about camels: that's how they get water
😅 ok
