    Finished a 120 yesterday, and while it took me a bit longer than 5 months I'm at 80 lbs lost as of today, you've been a great inspiration! Thank you for keeping the updates coming!

      Thank you, you'll get there, inconsistency is fine, I've failed 96h and 72h and even 24h ones over the past year, just get back on it and you'll see results!

    Completed another 65 yesterday and immediately hit the timer again. Next refeed is Saturday afternoon. The process is working!

    I discovered I can't eat any junk at all in my refeed and survive the next day's fast. I had to switch to keto and I don't suffer the next day.
    May not be true for others, just me. I miss my sweets but the withdrawals were derailing me.

      I put all the weight back on by eating junk! After 5 failed 60+ hour fasts, where I regained all the weight I lost each time, I now eat more carefully when I'm not fasting. The last 2 fasts have worked better.

    I Finished a 144 hours yesterday, I refeed for 2 hours then started round 11.

    Let's get it Jeromey Rome!! I'm 32 hrs into another 67 hr fast. Refeed is tomorrow and I already have my food and shows lined up. I feel you about the refeed trauma. Sometimes I'm not feeling the greatest about the refeed because it's not a meal I normally enjoy. Try to make the best of it and maybe take a fave snack with you, like pistachios or a protein bar you like to satiate yourself. Enjoy your time with the friendship circle!! 🎉🎉❤❤

    I can't believe I found Jerome and his channel on TH-cam. It matches 200% what I need on my IF journey that started Sept 2022 with much success. I couldn't find anything from successful fasters who did extended fasts, and your strategy of rolling fasts with extended time is just a God sent input for me. Thank you so so much for your unvaluable videos, and I will definitely consider having coaching live with you 😁

    Round 5 for me, started tonight at 7:30pm and finishing on Sunday at 12:30pm. I plan to continue until April 12th making it 90 days of me consistently fasting. I’m sure you will enjoy something at the Korean restaurant!!❤

    Nice job Jerome, I always get inspired more with ur videos I've been doing 5 day fasts mon through friday and sat and sun i eat normally and has worked out good i started in November and in down from 265 to 209 in 3 months or so ,thanks for the inspiration

      @fruity2031 yes all i drink is water and salt,and on weekends I eat on Saturday afternoon and stop sunday night

    Yeah Iv been doing the 65s since the Hollidays. 🤗. I went out with friends for dinner tonight too, and felt wierd too about the food not really being what I thought I should be having at home.. It was very fun though just the same. .

    Started doing rolling fast since Jan 1. On holiday now for 15 days doing 13 hour fasts until after the holiday the rolling fasts again

    At 57hrs right now. I plan to break at 68hrs. I completed 74hrs fasted in the previous round and the refeed went okay.
    I'm feeling good and things are starting to get easier with the rolling fasts. It really does feel like a fasting muscle that strengthens after every extended fast. I'm excited to see how things are after finishing the next round.

    I think you’ll do fine on vacation and hop right back into your rhythm when you get back. It’s normal to be a bit nervous about the unknown, but you’ve got some good tools now.

    I have no idea how you go on such long fasts, the most I've ever made it was 48 hours but I was dying lol

    I fast everyday. I always hit my timer. My weakness is my refeed. I fast 18-20 then eat too much. I hurry to finish so i can hit my timer again. No weightloss but i do it all over again every day.

      what worked for me is add healthy fat like avocado and proteins. It makes it easier for me to fast for 6 days without hunger.
